The first 1TB microSD cards are finally a reality

The rapid growth of memory capacity is progressing with another step especially today with the introduction of the first 1TB microSD cards.

In fact they have been introduced for a long time but today are a reality. Both Micron and SanDisk both brought UHS-i microSDXC products to the World Mobile Congress, a good news for the one who wants 1TB plus memory in the Galaxy S10 Plus in addition to the 1TB that owns the smartphone.

SanDisk cards has the advantage of performance at 160MB/s reading speed versus 100MB/s of Micron. The Micron card has the highest write speed of 100MB/s in front of SanDisk with 95MB/s.

The SanDisk cards will be available in April for $449, while the $512GB falls to $ 199.

The price for the Micron card has not been announced but will be sold in the second trimester of the year.
