In images captured by reporters looking for new cars, the Porsche 718 Cayman was seen while being tested in cold weather on a snowy road. This car is showed without any camouflage layers and is a close-up of its appearance, which has no major changes on the outside.

The new version is just an update until the completely new model is ready. But the changes may be on the inside, which could have a six-cylinder engine like the Porsche 718 Boxter. With this 2.5-liter engine, it is capable of producing up to 365 horsepower, making it much more versatile.

Whereas, in the Porsche configuration offer system, the option to configure the 718 GTS has been removed, while only the 718, S, T, GT4 and Spyder are available. The speed that the new Porsche 718 Cayman will achieve is expected to be much higher than the current model and offer much better driving.

Porsche 911 of 1984 for all terrains, ready for apocalypse

Porsche 911 of 1984 for all terrains, ready for apocalypse

They have transformed the classic 1984 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera model into an “Ultimate Safari Off-Road” model – for all terrains. Named Willy, by Andy Kilcoyne, the company’s chief operating officer, this Porsche 911 has been completely stripped down and rebuilt from scratch, with many new features already embellishing its 80’s bodywork.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Over the course of about 10 months, the Kelly-Moss team “stripped” this car and then replaced, rebuilt, rebuilt or redesigned every part of the former racing car, thus turning it into an Off-Road beast, which is poised for a possible apocalypse (end of the world).

Most interesting are the “BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2” tires, with which this Porsche can own any environment where it is. Also, this Kelly-Mossi model comes with a unique roof panel, new protectors while its roof is made of carbon and kevlar material.

In addition, Willy comes with ‘9eleve’n LED lights, 30-inch LED strip and many more. Also, this Off-Road beast can carry another Porsche on the roof.

In the end, it must be admitted that this is indeed a unique Porsche, which is currently available for purchase through auction at a starting price of $400,000 (about €360,000).

Porsche 911 GTS Spy Shoots

Porsche 911 GTS catched while being tested, without any camouflage coating

Now that the 911 Carrera and Carrera Cabriolet were launched, it was only a matter of time before Porsche would launch any new variants.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

At the end of the year, the 911 Turbo is expected to arrive, while the new GT3 is being tested. But there was another model being tested, the Porsche 911 GTS, it had no camouflage and was photographed closely.

Designed to fill the space between the Carrera S and GT3, the GTS model first launched in 2011 was very popular at the time and Porsche wants to keep it at this level. It has more power than the Carrera S, while it is more road-loving than the GTS, a form the manufacturer wants to continue to use.

While it was captured while being tested for the first time, the 911 GTS was without any camouflage coating and all parts were displayed. The engine hood lines have undergone slight changes, as have the side and grille parts. The rear remains the same, but has a new exhaust system design.

As for the Power, Porsche 911 GTS is expected to have increased from 444 horsepower to the previous model, while the new one is expected to be 470 to 475 horsepower. Performance without any camouflage coatings indicates that the new Porsche 911 GTS is ready for production and may be unveiled at the LA Auto Show in November.

Porsche Taycan Officially Unveiled – The first electric car from Porsche

Finally, four years after its first appearance, Porsche unveiled the Taycan model, the first all electric car.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

At three events that took place at the same time, at the Canada, China and Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany, this car was presented with the most similarity to the 918 Spider and 919 Hybrid, the triple winner at Le Mans.

> Check Out: The high technology inside the Porsche Taycan

Taycan‘s top speed is 216 kilometers per hour, while it can arrives from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.8 seconds, while it can reach 200 kilometers per hour in 9.8 seconds. It can do all this in a row and without losing energy, because he stores it in separate spaces to use it when needed.

The 560 kW engine enables it to produce 750 horsepower, while the maximum torque of the system is 1,050 nm. This capacity has enabled the Porsche Taycan to complete Germany’s Nurburgring run in seven minutes and 42 seconds.

But important is long-distance autonomy. Therefore, this electric car has autonomy of up to 450 kilometers, or 65 kilometers more than the autonomy offered by Tesla Model S. The 270 kW charging capacity enables it to travel up to 100 kilometers in ideal conditions, with only five minutes of charging.

So far, the Porsche Taycan has been tested on roads and rough terrains, including snowy and sandy roads, in hot weather.

2020 Porsche Macan Turbo

2020 Porsche Macan Turbo is Back and is More Powerful

The Macan model was launched last year, but without the Turbo version.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

But this decision seems to have been incorrect and Porsche has decided to revisit it, making it the fastest and most powerful model ever.

Inside it has the 2.9-liter engine from Panamera, which produces 434 horsepower, 43 units more than the previous model.

In this form, the speed from zero to 100 kilometers per hour, can take up to 4.3 seconds, and can be even faster, with some changes coming as an option.

Those interested in the Porsche Macan Turbo must secure at least 75,000 euros, which is the starting price for this very good car.

Porsche Taycan

The high technology inside the Porsche Taycan

Called Tesla’s true competitor, the Porsche Taycan is the German manufacturer’s electric sedan that will debut soon.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Before the debut, the company released officially photos of the car, and what impresses us is that Taycan has five screens, one of which is for the passenger only. But the innovations do not end there. The direction of the air blowers is controlled via electronic commands and not manual controls.

Let’s talk first about the screen on the right side of the dashboard, which is integrated with the platform becoming one with it, unlike the screens we’re used to seeing who look like they are glued to the screen.

Porsche has not revealed details about the passenger side screen, so we have to wait to find out more. But what we do know is that this screen is optional. Although Porsche does  not mention the size, knowing that the center screen in the dashboard is 10.9 inches, simply comparing it, it is clear that the passenger screen is not too small.

As for the 10.9-inch main screen, this screen is the gateway to a multitude of commands and features such as navigation, phone, media, comfort and Porsche Connect. With optimized voice control, the Porsche Taycan driver can access functions even faster.

The prevailing display is 16.8-inches, and consists of digital gauges. It is curved, and instead of sunscreen, the screen is wrapped with a polarized filter glass to avoid reflection.

The way digital meters are set up can be configured as you want. Porsche offers four main modes. “Classic mode“, which has the main meter as the power meter. Map Mode” deletes the power meter, and places a map in the center, while “Full Mode Mode” places a map on the screen, deleting all other instruments from the screen. Then there is “Clean Mode“, which only provides key driving information, such as speed, traffic signs and navigation.

You may also notice that at the edges of the 16.8-inch screen are touch-sensitive control buttons, which manage the lights and everything related to performance.

Below the 10.9-inch screen is another 8.4-inch screen, which allows the driver to control the climate. Furthermore, the driver can type on the screen manually, and as shown in the picture, the screen shows the charging status when the vehicle is being charged.

The last screen, just like the passenger screen, is optional. It is located at the back of the center panel. The 5.9-inch touch-and-gesture unit lets passengers in the rear seats control the climate.

Part of this control involves adjusting not only the temperature and air speed, but also the direction, as the rear passenger air fans, just like the head air fans, can be controlled only by electronic controls.

The Porsche Taycan electric car will make its debut in Niagara Falls next month.
