The news was provided by representatives of the company, who indicated that they intend through Messenger to connect the client to the bank service officers.

This service is intended to be achieved through connecting a bank account to Facebook or a personal Messenger, and then automatically providing the customer service and allowing multiple transactions to take place.

Anyway, the debate in this case is related to the privacy of bank accounts, as if it is given social networking access, then Facebook can get a lot of data on transactions.

“We will not use this information beyond what it takes to provide customer service. We are clear that the most critical part of this cooperation is to keep the information and make people feel safe, “Facebook said through an official statement.
