Before the launch event next month, Samsung has released a long post on their website talking about the advantages of the new phone and some of the new experiences that will enable the device.

According to Samsung, the Exynos 9820 will bring a “new era of mobile experiences” thanks to increased processing power, multi-gigabit internet speeds, and new multimedia features enabled by the new processor.

The post is clearly designed to increase customer interest in the Galaxy S10, highlighting some of the upgrades coming to the new phone.

First of all, the new processor should result in better battery life compared to Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9. According to Samsung, power efficiency is 40% larger compared to the previous generation Exynos processor, which is a big step.

The Exynos 9820 is also the first Samsung system to hold a dedicated AI chip, following closely the steps of the Kirin 980’s Huawei and Apples A12 Bionic.

In addition to the large number of cameras, Samsung has also talked about new capabilities of the image signal processor (ISP) built into the new modem.

According to the company, the ISP will improve the quality of the images.
