It was built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx 5G platform, which was announced for the first time at the Mobile World Congress this year.
The processor includes the Snapdragon X55 5G modem, which opens up some new options compared to the older X50. There is no need for a 4G LTE secondary modem.
The X55 supports download speeds up to 2.5Gbps for category 22 LTE, so you are always connected.

Snapdragon 8cx was announced at Snapdragon Tech Summit, promising extreme performance.
It intends to compete with Intel’s Core i5, and will not be sold until the end of the year. It is also the world’s first 7nm laptops, packing eight Kryo 495 cores and an Adreno 680 GPU.
