Xbox Series S

The Xbox Series S will be cheap but is it worth it?

The smallest Xbox ever will cost $299

Microsoft has revealed to us everything we need to know about the next-generation console, the Xbox Series X, and among other things informed us that a more modest version will also come under the name Series S about which nothing was known until now.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

It was not long before Microsoft itself finally confirmed it. The smallest Xbox ever will cost $299. But more than the price, what we are interested in is definitely what this device is capable of, in the end, Microsoft says that both consoles will have almost the same performance. At that price difference will be hard to believe.

Another video leaked finally clarifies our doubts and everything makes sense.

The Xbox Series S will be a single digital version without disks, a move followed by the PS5, but what worries us is actually the console SSD which according to the video will be 512GB.

A part of this space will be occupied by the operating system. Also, the new generation games are expected to increase the space they require available in relation to the quality, so very little space is provided for games. Just think GTA V is 45GB, in total, you will not be able to download more than 10 games on this console. And if you are going to download something else, you do not have the previously downloaded and paid games.

The solution from Microsoft comes in the form of the Project xCloud platform which allows you to stream them without having to download, from a catalog of more than 100 titles. But of course for this service, you have to pay a certain subscription fee.

So in these conditions is it really worth buying the Xbox Series S? Is it really cheaper? Of course, we still remain in the circle of speculation, nothing officially has been confirmed.

Avoid These Common Pitfalls When Thinking of Buying A New Car

Buying a new car is an exciting and often necessary experience. People either bar a car because they are ready for an upgrade and would like to consider a vehicle that they have had their eye on or they purchase one out of necessity. Both of these types of buying require a strict process of following 6 important steps to ensure the vehicle meets all of the buyers’ needs.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The 6 mistakes that car buyer’s make when purchasing a car are:

Not knowing their credit before walking into a dealership

Not knowing your credit score before walking into a dealership is never a good idea. It is important to have your credit ran before you start shopping for a new vehicle. In some instances, this might give you a chance to work on improving your credit so that you could qualify for a lower APR. In other cases, a fantastic credit score gives the buyer an opportunity to shop around for the best financing available and secure a loan through a bank with better terms and conditions than the one the dealership may utilize.

Not knowing the value of a trade-in before walking to a dealership

Not knowing the value of a trade-in before walking into a dealership is a bad idea. It is typically better to sell your vehicle outright before you attempt to use it as a trade-in. This is not always possible. Perform extensive market research so that you know your cars market value. This will prevent you from settling for an unfair trade-in price.

Setting their hearts on only one particular make and model

Setting your heart on one particular make and model is never a good idea. While you may have a type of “dream car” in mind, it is important to remember there are more like these available from different car manufacturers. Be open to looking at vehicles from different manufacturers; you may be surprised and find you like a car you never would have considered previously.

Focusing on the sale price and not considering additional fees

When shopping for a car it is easy to get hung up on the sticker price. While the deal might look good on the piece of paper stuck to the window, this is not always true. The number on the car is the price of the car. That sale price does not include any fees the dealership may tack on, financing or registration dues. Remember the number you see displayed on the vehicle is not the final and lowest price.

Not test driving the vehicle prior to purchase

You must never purchase a car without test driving it. Even if the car is brand new, it is a good idea to take it for a spin first. You may absolutely love how the car looks and the price may be right but then when you drive it you may realize it is uncomfortable.

You may dislike how the seats feel or find the features inside are not what you had anticipated. Even if you test drives one particular make and model but decides on a different car of the same make and model, test drive that one as well to make sure it’s everything you are expecting it to be.

Feeling pressured and unwilling to shop around

Some purchasers will spend hours at a car dealership. It feels as though the entire day has spent walking the lot, test driving cars, talking to managers to get the price negotiated and then sitting in the finance office.

Out of nowhere, the paperwork doesn’t match up and things seem to have gone wrong quickly. A lot of buyers are afraid to walk away from a bad deal and will be pressured to sign the line anyways. There is always some car at another dealership. Never let yourself feel pressured to purchase when you feel as though the deal is inadequate.

Avoiding these 6 common car-buying pitfalls will help ensure your car buying experience is more pleasurable. Be open to different makes and models, know your credit score and don’t buy unless you feel comfortable with the proposed sale.

How to Easily Train Your Employees

Providing training to your employees is a good way to professionally bond with them. After these training sessions are done, they will know that someone has their back and they will feel adequate enough to perform the task at hand. Instructing them is a good alternative to having them improvise on the spot. When you train them for new tasks or new technologies, they will feel more confident to do their jobs, which will increase their productivity levels. The question is: how to make the training part easy and effective? Here are our tips.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

1. Develop Your Training Program

The first step to an effective training program is planning. First, understand what you want to achieve and what you want your trainees to achieve from that training. Make a list of objectives and divide them into sessions. Make it so they have a good understanding of the point of every session. Then, you need to create an action plan that has all the materials and content you need to use. Part of developing is updating your training program to meet the needs of your employees. Each group you train will be different from the other, and each time you start a new batch, you will have learned new things to apply to the training program.

2. Make Use of Technology

We’re living in the age of technology, so we might as well take advantage of it. There are a lot of tools and training software that can come in handy in the course of your training. Do your research to find out about the best software that facilitates different types of processes.  These can make all the difference in the training program. You can plan lessons, upload and share materials, communicate with employees, and do much more, all with the help of these apps, tools, and platforms. You can even make them do quizzes and evaluate them on some of the tools.

3. Make the Program Practical

You can’t be sure that your trainees got the hang of their tasks just by explaining theories. It will make them bored and is an outdated methodology. Remember that you’re aiming for high productivity. Make them perform those tasks in practice and evaluate them. It doesn’t matter what the nature of the job is, you can always make up something they can use to practice all the tools they will use after the training is done. A better idea is to make them do some real work after they’ve learned how, as a part of the training. That way, they will get work done, and you will be sure they’ve practiced well. It’s a win-win.

4. Understand How Their Minds Work

You’ve already made a training program, which is great. But after a while, you should adapt it to fit the minds of the trainees. Are they quick learners or do they take their time to grasp the ideas? Sometimes, you’ll need to explain some concepts in two different ways, one simpler than the other. Some will understand your point right away and some will get the simplified version more. That applies to both theoretical and practical parts. We all learn differently and you should allow them to learn in their paces. Give them time to reflect on the information they’ve learned.

5. Listen to Your Trainees

Part of knowing how their minds work is by listening to them. Allow them to ask as many questions as they want. Some people only learn by asking questions. Take note of frequently asked questions in each group. That way you can tell which parts weren’t so clear. In turn, you can ask them questions about what they expect from this training course. Generally, give them room for error and ask them why they think they made this mistake. At the end of the course, ask them for anonymous feedback. Read their feedback thoroughly and religiously, to learn about what you can do to improve. That way, with each group, you will find yourself growing as a trainer.

Training your employees can be a fun and engaging process. You can learn from them almost as much as they can learn from you. Planning will make it easier and more goal-oriented. And by using new tools and software, you can take the training course to the next level. Practice makes perfect, so make sure your employees have practiced enough, to leave little room for big mistakes. Your employees are your company’s biggest asset, so use the training period to learn more about them. Show them that the company is all about listening to them and giving them support and confidence.

A Better Understanding Of How Stock Market Works

If you’re not knee-deep in business and financial jargon, then just the mention of the stock market can be quite intimidating. The stock market has been around for quite a while, and whether you run a business, have a job, or even work from home, you must know what it’s all about. If you just take the time out to learn the basics, you’ll find that it is extremely interesting and not too far-fetched for you to possibly play a role and buy and sell stocks yourself someday! In this article, we will explain how the stock market works, so let’s dive right in.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

What Is a Stock?

A stock is a share in a company, which means a portion of this company is yours. When the value of the company increases, so does the price of your share. For instance, if a startup offers 1000 stocks and you buy 1, that means that you own 1/1000th of the company. There are two main types of stocks: common stocks, and preferred stocks. Those who invest in common stocks get to vote on who to elect as a board member.

As for preferred stock shareholders, they have fixed dividends paid to them, and in the case of liquidation, they get paid before common stock shareholders. However, they don’t have the same voting rights that come with common stocks.

Why Do Companies Sell Stocks?

When entrepreneurs have an idea, they start working on it on a small scale, but if they want to expand and become fully operational, they need a massive amount of funds so they can operate. That’s when many companies opt to sell their shares for people so they can generate the operational capital they need.

If investors think the idea that they are investing in is going to be profitable down the line, the company selling the stock can earn millions. When a company makes an initial public offering, it changes its status from a private company to a publicly-traded company.

How Does It Work?

Once a company lists its shares publicly, the values of these stocks will keep fluctuating depending on how the public assesses the value of the company’s assets. For instance, when a company starts selling its stocks on the market and people rush to buy them, the increase in demand will increase the value of these stocks. As the experts at tradingreviewers.com/blackboxstocks-review/ advise, it’s important to scan the market before buying any shares. Scanning the market will allow you to evaluate the value of the company’s shares and accordingly decide whether investing in that company is worth it or not.

For instance, some companies oversell their idea in pursuit of capital without actually working on developing the actual product. This eventually leads to a product that fails to meet expectations and, as a result, generates poor sales. Failing to make any profit eventually leads to the entire business failing which, naturally, causes their shares to drop. Shares dropping in value will lead to investors losing their money. For instance, if you buy 1000 shares for $1000 and the stocks fall 75%, the 1000 shares will be worth $250 instead of $1000, which means you’ll lose $750.

Why Does the Price of Stock Fluctuate?

The stock market is made up out of millions of investors who have their own opinions about how a company should operate. How they see a company influences their decisions when it comes to buying or selling their stocks. However, their collective decision is what determines the value of the company’s stocks. When more people buy, the stocks’ price increases, but the more people sell, the more the stocks’ prices will decrease.

In other words, when there are more buyers than there are sellers, the seller will increase their prices and the buyers will bid at a higher price to acquire the stocks. But, if sellers are more than buyers, then they will be forced to lower their prices so they can sell and the buyers will lower their bids. That’s how supply and demand work; when more people want something, its price will increase. By the same token, if fewer people want something, then its price will drop.

The stock market benefits both the investor and the company that is selling its shares. The investor will be able to make more money and the company will be able to raise the operational capital it needs to grow. Now that you know how the stock market works, you can go ahead and find a company worth investing in, and sit back and enjoy the profit.

How to Recognize an SMS Fraud

As new communication technology constantly evolves, cases of fraud are also increasing. Many businesses use mobile phones to connect with customers and facilitate a variety of transactions. When a customer chooses to pay online or use a credit card, they receive a text message to authorize the payment. On the other hand, a business owner will also get a payment confirmation via an SMS message on their phone. However, the challenge is that fraudsters can tamper with this system and create fake SMSes confirming non-existing payments. The good news is that with the right application, it is possible to recognize such cases. As such, read on to learn how to recognize an SMS fraud.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Type of Phone Number

You can check the number of digits on the phone number that sends you suspicious texts to verify if they are scams. Legitimate phone numbers usually have 10 digits or less while marketing messages usually consist of a shortcode with six digits. You should be concerned if you receive a text from a number with more than 10 digits. Apart from that, you need to check if the message is relevant to you.

Choose a Reliable App

Smart technology also comes with new apps that consist of advanced security features. You can integrate text phone verification service in your business with a special app that can help you verify the authenticity of the SMSes that you receive from different clients. This type of app helps to notify customers, confirm transactions, while at the same time preventing fraud. You can also use the app to send SMS pin codes as well as a one-time pin (OTP) to verify phone numbers. It also helps confirm account logins to keep scammers at bay. This app can only be accessed by the authorized account holder which makes it difficult for scammers to steal from your account using text scams.

Request for Information About Your Account

Scammers use many tricks such as sending fake messages about your bank account. For instance, they can send you a text message saying they have observed something fishy on your account or notify you that your account has a problem. You can also receive a text with a fake invoice and once you respond, they steal your information. No bank will ever send this kind of text, so you should be wary about any suspicious messages. Scammers will ask you to provide personal details to claim a gift and they will only steal this information before vanishing into thin air.

Scammers can also trick you into providing personal information by promising gift cards, coupons as well as free prizes. They can also promise to give you a low-interest credit card then, later on, ask you to provide your account number or password. Once you provide the information, they can use it to access your bank account or email. They can also sell your details to other scammers. Therefore, you should be wary of people who offer you generous deals that are too good to believe.

Text Refund

The other trick comes as a text refund informing you that you have been overcharged after buying something. Many people can be easily tempted to respond but this will be a big scam. If you send bank details in the hopes that the scammers will deposit the refund, then you would have sold out important information. You should never send your banking details to anyone via a text message.

Family Issues

Other scammers will use the trick of sending messages to unsuspecting people informing them about family problems. If you are the recipient, you are likely to fall for the trick thinking that your loved one is in danger, therefore, you send money as requested. You need to verify the authenticity of the text before sending any money since this can be a fraud. If the text mentions the name of someone you might know, try to reach out to the person directly before you send money. It is a good idea to contact the authorities before you send cash to unknown people.

With new information and communication technology, the chances of potential scams are also on the rise. Spam texts are a new form of fraud that some people easily fall for. The goal of these scam texts is to steal your personal information, or even money. However, there are certain measures that you can take to recognize SMS fraud. Generous deals offered through text messages are suspicious and you should not easily fall for them. You should also make it a policy to avoid any text that calls you to action; texts that ask you for personal information such as banking details should always be discarded. If you are operating a business, you can use an app that can help you verify phone numbers to avoid falling victim to these frauds.

Jeep Grand Wagoneer Concept Revealed

A maxi American Suv?

The long-fashionable SUV segment seems to know no bounds. In addition to the fight that takes place in the “bottom” segments where new compact models thrive every day, the competition also increases in the luxury segments, where Land Rover or Mercedes have long found themselves “surrounded” by the X7, Q8, and now by this colossal proposal of (Italian) American Jeep.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The new model is called Wagoneer, or more precisely Grand Wagoneer, because the name Wagoneer will be a symbol that marks the birth of a new generation of cars. A Wagoneer version, shorter than the Grand Wagoneer will follow.

But few know that the Wagoneer was first produced in 1962 and can be considered the successors of the luxury SUV’s models we know today. The first Range Rover was produced seven years later.

The Grand Wagoneer is gigantic, as should be a maxi American SUV. To summarize, seven people can “live” freely inside it. The rest as seen in the picture leaves much to be desired. Massive maskerino, Led headlights according to modern technology, and giant wheels with dimensions 24″ under the typical Jeep fenders with square shape.

Inside we find a plethora of Led screens for all passengers, including the first passenger next to the driver. 12.3 ”fully digital frame, 12.1” infotainment, 10.25 ”infotainment screen for the first passenger and another 10.25” screen below the infotainment screen for other car controls such as air conditioning, seats, etc. Three more screens are offered for the rear passengers while the audio project is curated by the excellent audio world company McIntosh which has placed a full 23 speakers for a unique audio experience.

The rest of the interior is really cured in detail with quality materials combining aluminum, wood, and microfiber in solid areas while the seats and other upholstery use top quality leather and carpets at the bottom. Some versions will use a material called Pur which is environmentally friendly (recycled) but offers the skin feeling when touched.

We know very little about engines, but Jeep promises that there will definitely be electrified versions starting with plug-in hybrid versions. What the off-road guide will look like? Do not worry! It’s a Jeep.
