Volkswagen has unveiled the Arteon R-Line Edition super sporty model
This sport model can be ordered from now on with only 1,000 copies produced. Its starting price is 42,000 euros. Like Volkswagen’s R-Line models, the Arteon has undergone a number of cosmetic modifications.
Most notable is the color, the body of Arteon is in the color of brilliant gray known as moonlight, black ceiling, black mirrors, 20-inch wheels and dark glass.
From the inside, the Arteon R Line is made entirely of “nappa” leather, heated seats, car lights and a 12.3-inch instrument panel.
Buyers can choose from 3 different engines, one with petrol and two with diesel. The diesel model is a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 187 horsepower and a twin-turbo variant of 237 horsepower.
The petrol model is the most powerful one offered with this model. It is 2.0-liter, also used by the Golf R, with 268 horsepower and has all-wheel drive.
