If you’re concerned about privacy online, this is the browser you will need!

If you are very concerned about your private information while browsing the web, you may need to consider the browser you are using.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Chrome and Firefox, the two leading browsers can help keep your data secure but to do this you will need to change the configuration and installing some plugins.

There is a browser that brings this whole process integrated. The Brave browser blocks third-party trackers and cookies that monitor your web activity. But what makes it special is the fact that you can check what you want to block and what not from advertising to cookies and to the buttons on the internet connection and registration from Facebook and Google.

The browser developer has realized that this strict policy may have consequences on websites because you do not see ads that help websites to create content.

To compensate for creators of content, Brave applies a creative approach where readers can make anonymous contributions to the websites they visit. Publishers then make contributions in the form of cryptocurrencies.

Otherwise, you still have to allow advertising and tracking in the Brave configuration panel, but is it worth sacrificing your privacy?

Available on Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS, the Brave browser is built on the same Chrome foundation, which means it works with Chrome plug-ins. In fact, if you click on finding attachments and topics in the Brave Configuration panel, you’ll be directed to the Chrome Web Store.

Check what Brave blocks

Automatically Brave blocks all commercials, trackers, and third-party cookies. However, you can adjust these options.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_5″]
  1. From the Brave menu, click Preferences

2. In the Settings panel on the left, click Shields

3. From the pop-up menu that appears, select the level of protection you want

4. Click Social media blocking if you want to allow the Google and Facebook connection buttons on the websites

5. If you require more control under Additional Settings, click Privacy and security.

6. Here you can change and check the services that the browser uses to automatically search and retrieve URLs

Contribute to websites and content creators

The Brave Access Restriction approach to advertising has a cost: websites do not get the job they are doing. As a way of contributing to the websites you visit without being traced, Brave has developed a program called Brave Rewards. Seeing some ads selected by Brave, the generic amounts go in the form of cryptocurrencies for the websites you visit.

Here’s how you join the program.

Brave Browser/Contribute to websites and content creators
Brave Browser/Contribute to websites and content creators
    1. Click the three parallel striped hamburger menu and select Brave Rewards
    2. Click Yes, I’m In.
    3. On the Brave Rewards page you can change and adjust your participation in this program
      • For ads you can change how many ads look in an hour
      • For your automatic contributions you can check how much you want to contribute per month with a minimum amount
    4. In addition to advertising, you can add the cryptomoney to Brave Rewards and contribute to the websites.

Synchronize phone and desktop saved connections

Brave has a synchronization tool to manage websites – bookmarks – on desktop as well as mobile. It’s in beta and you have to follow the instructions below to successfully complete the process.

Brave Browser/Synchronize phone and desktop saved connections
Brave Browser/Synchronize phone and desktop saved connections
  1. Click the hamburger menu and select the Sync option
  2. Click Start a new Sync Chain and then select whether you want to sync on a mobile or desktop platform
  3. If you select Computer you will see some word circles that Brave calls Chain Sync Code. Go to the desktop you want to sync, navigate to the Sync option in Brave and click I have a Sync Code and place the code from the first device.
  4. If you choose a phone or tablet you will notice a QR code. On the phone, navigate to Sync in Brave and select Scan Sync Code

Motorola Moto E6: A very good phone for that price tag!

But Motorola has launched the Moto E6 that costs 135 euros and until it’s even a tenth of the iPhone XS Max, it’s very good. You miss many options that brings the expensive model, but most of them you do not even use.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

As part of the sixth generation, Moto E is part of the low budget phones Motorola has produced under the E-series Android. Since launching the first phone from this line, it did not cost more than 180 euros.

The phone is made of plastic and comes in two different colors, and should be careful if it falls into the water, because it does not work, but survives easy rain. With the price it sells, it is a very good phone, as it has the Qualcomm Smartdragon 435 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal.

The 3,000mAh battery can be removed, while the 5.5-inch HD+ screen has a resolution of 1,440×720.

Galaxy Note 10 may have a ‘wiser’ camera than the Galaxy S10

Samsung phones typically create impressions on the front of the camera and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series is likely to be no exception, with the latest rumors pointing to ‘Smart ISO‘ and ‘AI-ISO‘.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

What exactly is ‘Smart ISO’ or ‘AI-ISO’?

For now we can only speculate, but the names sound like ISO will be enabled by AI artificial intelligence, allowing it to automatically adapt to what you are running, and potentially meaning it can learn your preferences with over time, so the phone is better able to automatically select an ISO with which you are satisfied.

ISO is the sensitivity measurement of the camera sensor, which is useful for ‘viewing’ light or extra colors. This can especially help to improve low light pictures, where a higher ISO can usually be useful.

LetsGoDigital also speculates that the concentration in ISO may mean that the Galaxy Note 10 will offer a larger amount of ISO than 50-800 offered by the Samsung Galaxy S10 series.

This is a credible theory, given that rival phones such as Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium and Huawei P30 have a much larger range, but now it’s just speculation. We will know more soon, as we expect Samsung’s future lines of equipment to be launched on August 7.

From October 15, Chrome plug-ins will be more safer

The company announced today that third-party developers have until October 15 to comply with new user data rules or will risk being excluded from the Chrome Web Store.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

New changes to the Strobe project were introduced at the beginning of the year following an audit of Chrome third-party plugins and apps on how users manage their data. New measures anticipate that developers undertake a more conservative approach to user permissions. Add-ons should require as few data as possible.

Moreover, any app that manages user content should post a privacy policy. In the past, Google requires such a pact only for plugins that have access to sensitive information touching only a small number of applications.

In February, a study found that 85% of Chrome plugins did not have a privacy policy. After October 15, any app that violates new privacy policies is likely to be removed from the Chrome Web Store.

Google has also updated the developer’s manual.

VLC video player software has a critical security problem

German CERT-Bund researchers say they have found a major security problem on the video player that has been downloaded billions of times worldwide.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Through this problem hackers can gain access to user devices. Though it is not yet exploited by hackers, it poses a growing threat to software users.

According to CERT-Bund, the problem activates remote code execution (RCE), unauthorized modification and data discovery. Known as CVE-2019-13615, the security issue is present in the latest versions of VLC Media Player 3.0.7.1 and has received a rating of 9.8 for the risk.

The problem lies in Windows, Linux and UNIX, but not MacOS.

VideoLAN, a nonprofit organization behind VLC Media Player, says it is working to address the problem for at least four weeks.

Not so longer than last month, VideoLAN launched the biggest security update in VLC Media Player history. The update contained 33 problems addressed, two critical, 21 average and 10 small problems.

The translated text says something like “officially joining the 64 million point era” which will be the largest megapixel we’ve seen on a phone so far.

It should be noted that it is not known how effective it will be, as all 48MP phones that have been tested so far, such as Honor 20 and OnePlus 7 Pro, bring minimal improvements.

Availability still needs to be published, but we’ll probably see some social media posts around the Redmi 64MP smartphone in the coming days.

The panel will be an Infinity O unit with a hole that accommodates the front camera. Note 10 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 or Samsung Exynos 9825 processor, depending on the region, and will be supported by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. ANDROID 10 Q Update – Discover the List of the First Smartphones

The wait seems to be final because the Android 10 Q update is available in the beta version for 21 devices. Are you lucky to try the new version of Android? Will you get the final version of your smartphone? Below we bring everything you need to know until now.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

In which devices is it possible to install the Android 10 Q update today?

For the moment there is only one beta of Android 10 Q released by Google, the final version will come this fall. For compatible devices, we find the Pixel smartphone family and some early smartphones from other brands as reported in Google’s I/O. The devices now supported are:

  • Asus Zenfone 5z
  • Essential PH-1
  • HMD Global Nokia 8.1
  • Huawei Mate 20 Pro!!!
  • LG G8
  • OnePlus 6T
  • OnePlus 7
  • OnePlus 7 Pro
  • Oppo Reno
  • Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL
  • Realme 3 Pro
  • Sony Xperia XZ3
  • Tecno Spark 3 Pro
  • Vivo X27, NEX S, NEX A
  • Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G, Mi 9

OnePlus

We have released right after Google I/O, and now we are super excited to offer OnePlus 7 Series users an early glimpse at the future of Android.

As the name suggests, this build of Android Q is best suited for developers and early adopters. As it is still in an early stage of development, we do not recommend flashing this ROM if you have little or no experience in software development or flashing custom ROMs. Proceed at your own risk!

As OnePlus advises, the Beta version is more for developers and it is not suggested that users simply install it because they may have a lot of problems. Many manufacturers will still issue their guides or additional information about individual devices in the coming weeks and on these aspects we will be able to keep you up to date!

Android 10 Q for Google devices:

Google was undoubtedly the first to announce which of their smartphones will be upgraded to the tenth version of Android. All Pixel smartphones are interested, including the first generation!

  • Google Pixel 3XL
  • Pixel i Google 3
  • Google Pixel 2XL
  • Google Pixel 2
  • Google Pixel XL
  • Pixel i Google
  • Samsung
[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_5″]

SamMobile collectors have been trying to compile a list of devices that are likely to take Android Q. While the Korean brand promises at least two major Android updates for its devices, almost all Oreo smartphones should probably updated from:

  • Galaxy Fold – When goes on sale….
  • Note 10 Series
  • Galaxy S10e / Galaxy S10 / Galaxy S10 +
  • Galaxy S9 / Galaxy S9 +
  • Galaxy Note 9
  • Galaxy A9 (2018)
  • Galaxy A7 (2018)
  • Galaxy A6 (2018) / Galaxy A6 + (2018)
  • Galaxy A80
  • Galaxy A70
  • Galaxy A50
  • Galaxy A40
  • Galaxy A30
  • Galaxy A20
  • Galaxy A20e
  • Galaxy A10
  • Galaxy J6 / Galaxy J6 +
  • Galaxy J8 / Galaxy J8 +
  • Galaxy M10
  • Galaxy M20
  • Galaxy M30
  • Galaxy Tab S4
  • Galaxy Tab S5e
  • Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)
  • Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (2018)

Other devices that will receive Android 10 Q

Unfortunately, it has become normal to ask the question: “Will I get upgraded?” Naively, some people think they get it automatically because they have bought a recent smartphone, unfortunately it is not that simple. It is up to the smartphone manufacturer to choose when to release the new update.

The latest family of premium cellphones owners should take theoretically the upgrading of Android Q as well as some middle band devices. Even smartphones with Android One need to get updated, but you’ll need a little more time than expected.

Manufacturers need to quickly confirm which devices will be updated, of course we will keep you informed on this aspect if you follow us.

400 million Windows 10 users will be forced by Microsoft to do what they least want

Windows 10 is not finding a way out of the trouble involved. In recent weeks, Microsoft has issued numerous warnings about the update process in Windows 10. Now the company warned hundreds of millions of users for a “problem” on Windows 10 computers.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Confirmed by Microsoft, the company has begun to force version 1903 to 1803 users who have tried to avoid it. How many will be the number of people affected? Based on Microsoft official digits, potentially close to 400 million computers.

Should You Be Concerned? Microsoft has released more detailed information about what is expected to happen, saying Windows 10 1803 will no longer be supported by November 12, and the company has started updating the Home and Pro versions.

Having in mind the problems that Windows 10 1903 faced, users would have liked to stay as long as possible in the old version before being forced to pass to the new version. Currently in Windows 10 it is possible that major updates are delayed by 35 days, but this can’t delays what can not be avoided.

Microsoft defends by saying that the company ensures that the devices are supported and secured with monthly updates. On the other hand, the company is failing to produce reliable and stable updates.

Why Note 10 should not be the next Samsung flagship you want to buy

Moreover Samsung does things even worse. In a press release, the company announced the launch of mass-production LPDDR5 for smartphones, which is 30% faster and 30% more efficient than any other memory in the market.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

This memory goes on sale a month before the Galaxy Note 10 arrives, but what’s the problem with this? It will not be inside Note 10.

WinFuture insider reveals that the new RAM memory is not compatible with Snapdragon 855 and 855+ processors and is designed for the Snapdragon 865 that will come with the Galaxy S11.

The smartphone in question is being advertised as a new beginning for Samsung. And this is the problem with Note 10 that debuts in August as it arrives three months before Qualcomm launches a new generation of processors. So the phone will always spend most of his life behind the Galaxy S line, which debuts in February/March.

It’s the same problem for Google Pixel 4. To help with the smartphone, Samsung will equip the Galaxy Note 10 with a charging technology that is faster than other smartphones accompanied by a beautiful design.

Note 10 will be the first Galaxy flagship without a 3.5mm headset. Of course, what keeps the faithful Note fans is definitely the iconic S-Pen pencil.
