The 4K Ultra HD OLED display will be the first in the XPS line with 3840 × 2160 resolution. This screen has individual pixels that turn off completely to achieve full black color.

Simply put, OLED screens have the potential to increase battery life because the pixels are completely turned off when there is black color compared to LCD screens to hold active pixels regardless of whether there is light or darkness in a given space.

The XPS 15 7590 offers a wide range of colors, 100% DCI-P3. 4K displays are equipped with Dolby Vision and can reflect reflexes up to 40 times the clearest and black color up to 10 times darker.

The rest of the hardware includes 9th generation of Intel Core processor with 8 cores and Nvidia GeForce 1650 graphics. The laptop comes with Intel Wi-Fi 6, 3 times faster than the previous generation. Up to 64GB of RAM can be applied and 2TB PCIe SSD along with a higher battery life.

The XPS 15 price starts at $999 but a well-stocked XPS 15 7590 model will cost a lot more.
