Pixel 4 XL Is Seen in Real Photos (PHOTO)

The phones will be launched in mid-October, but we already know everything we need to know about the devices, thanks to rumors, reports and leaks like this.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The teams at Nextrift managed to get a white Pixel 4 XL.

The photo gallery confirms everything we’ve heard and seen about the device, complete with the large frame for all sensors (including Soli), square rear camera adjustment, the 6.23-inch 90Hz AMOLED display and one resolution of 3040 x 1440 pixels, as well as all other aspects.

One notable thing about biometrics: apparently unlocking through the face is the only biometric security feature on the device, as the report suggests there is no fingerprint scanner, neither on the back nor under the screen.

Specifications list includes Snapdragon 855 chip, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage, a 12.2MP rear camera supported by a 16MP telephoto lens, an 8MP selfie camera and a 3,700 mAh battery.

New Pixel 4 Photos Confirm the Key Specifications (PHOTO)

New Pixel 4 Photos Confirm the Key Specifications (PHOTO)

Some Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL videos and photos were displayed online last week showing the next two phones from almost every angle.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Now, some more photos of the Google Pixel 4 XL have appeared, sent to The Verge by a Vietnam-based store called D Store Mobile.

As you can see, Pixel 4 XL seen in these photos is not a final unit but a “test model”. Since we’ve already seen a lot of leaked photos of the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, these photos don’t reveal much new information. However, they do confirm some of the specifics of the phone and give us a good look at the white variant of the Pixel 4 XL.

On the front, the Pixel 4 XL will have an 8.1MP primary sensor with a f/2.0 aperture and a 0.3MP secondary sensor with a f/2.2 aperture. It is possible that the secondary sensor located at the top of the phone screen may be a ‘Time Flight Sensor‘.

According to these new photos, the Google Pixel 4 XL will have a 12.2MP primary camera at the rear with a wide f/1.73 aperture compared to the f/1.8 aperture on Pixel 3 series phones.

In addition to the camera hardware, the latest leak also confirms that the Pixel 4 XL will have a 90Hz panel with 3040×1440 Quad HD+ resolution. The phone will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, paired with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of UFS storage. Keeping the lights on will be powered by the 3,700mAh battery.

Apparently we’re looking at the “Panda” version of the device with the orange power button (there will be a black as well as an orange version), with white on the back and black edges.

You can also clearly see the camera setup on the back, one that was unveiled by Google itself a while ago.

The glass is no longer two-tone, but a single shade, in a kind of unidentified material.

At the bottom you can see the speaker and the microphone facing the USB Type-C charging port.

You can also take a look at the Camera app, which is quite slow, probably due to the fact that probably don’t work with the final hardware or software.

The screen sizes are 5.7 and 6.3-inch, for the regular and XL versions, we get confirmation on the video.

You can also watch the Dark Theme, and other interesting pieces, in the video below.

On the second video above, we can see all three color options, focusing more on the orange (Coral) variant.

In short if you are reading an article on the phone you can send it immediately to your laptop. All you have to do is right-click on the tab and select the device that appears from the menu.

By clicking on the notification that is displayed on the device you are sending the page to, it opens automatically. While you could open tabs between different devices by browsing history, this option is especially true if you don’t have mobile internet.

You can also send pages from your phone to your desktop and laptop along with other phones if you want to read something on a larger screen. Simply click on the menu with three horizontal dots and select the “Send to your devices” option which instantly displays a list of devices.

Google Play app store invaded by the white

Google Play app store invaded by the white

Google has begun offering massive redesign of the Google Play Store to users. This design has appeared several times in limited testing in the past few months, but already now is available to everyone.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The new look is in line with the “Material Design” that Google brought with Android 9 Pie last year. This style uses the official Google.com site as inspiration and the results are very white.

It’s the same design released in Gmail earlier this year, present on Android P and will continue with Android Q.

The Play Store sells apps, books, movies, and music, and past design was colorful between different sections. Now the app is almost monochrome.

In addition to the new look, the app offers support for the new gesture navigation panel by making it transparent. On the homepage, the content tabs are at the bottom of the app. The four tabs remain “Games”, “Apps”, “Movies & TV” and “Books” while the “Music” tab is missing.

Along with the Play Store, we expect to see successive redesign with Google apps in the coming weeks. The company has promised a “Dark Mode” for everyone, a feature that will be available at system level on Android Q as well.

Google Pixel 4 will have one of the world’s fastest smartphone screens

Google has the chance to become the first smartphone maker to control the phone with gestures without touching the screen, thanks to a unique technology.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

According to 9to5Google, Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will have 90Hz fast OLED screens. Like the OnePlus 7 Pro and a few phones of its kind, the Pixel 4 will have an ideal display for playing games and watching high-frequency video.

Some tricks may have even been saved for the camera. It’s no secret that the Pixel 4 will have two 12 + 16-megapixel rear cameras, and speculated they will feature a DSLR level performance.

Both Pixels will come with stereo speakers while the rest of the specs are family-friendly like the Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of RAM and at least 64GB of internal storage.

The screen’s “Notch” has been eliminated in order to create space for gesture radar and facial recognition sensors.
