OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro in the second quarter of 2020. A recently released piece of information reveals that the Chinese firm is working on a more affordable smartphone, the OnePlus 8 Lite.

Full details of the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 Lite reveal some interesting data.

OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro to come with a 6.4-inch and 6.7-inch S-AMOLED E3 display with curved side frames, a selfie “hole-punch” camera and 120Hz refresh rate.

OnePlus 8 Pro has a Quad HD+ resolution of 1440×3140 pixels while the OnePlus 8 Lite‘s 6.4-inch S-AMOLED E2 display comes with a 90Hz frequency curved display. OnePlus 8 and 8 Lite have a resolution of only 1080×2400 pixels.

All three phones come with under-screen fingerprint scanners. OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro are powered by a Snapdragon 865 processor with 5G X55 modem, 8 or 12GB RAM and UFS 3.0 128 or 256GB memory.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 8 Lite will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1000 processor, 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.0 128 or 256GB of memory.

What about cameras? OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro come with Sony IMX616 32-megapixel sensor and 3D ToF front camera and 8 Lite with 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor.

At the rear, OnePlus 8 Lite will feature a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 main lens, a super-wide 16-megapixel lens and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.

For the two high-end models, OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro have stocked a 64-megapixel main camera, with a 12-megapixel telephoto and a 20-megapixel wide-angle. Unlike the standard 5x optical zoom model, the Pro model will have 10x optical zoom.

Finally, OnePlus 8 and 8 Lite batteries will be 4,000 mAh with 30W charging technology while the OnePlus 8 Pro with 4,500 mAh battery and 45W charging technology.

Prices

According to information, OnePlus 8 with 8GB RAM and 128GB memory will cost $520, 8GB RAM and 256GB memory $571 and 12GB RAM and 256GB memory $614.

OnePlus 8 Pro starts at $714, at $786 and $858 respectively. The latest OnePlus 8 Lite budget model comes in two variants, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of memory and 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory priced at $428 and $472 respectively.
