The Samsung Galaxy S10 may end up being launched with more than one screen.
The second screen can be built into the phone‘s protective cover, according to a new patent filed by the South Korean company.

The patent describes a Samsung phone wrapper containing two electrophoretic, front and rear screens.
A screen at the back allows you to receive notifications regardless of how the phone is left. It can also be integrated into various applications.

Huawei sells over 200 million phones in 2018
Huawei has set a new record for itself by transporting more than 200 million phones in 2018, the company said in a statement Sunday.
The Chinese phone maker said the numbers were driven primarily by the success of products like P20, Honor 10 and Mate 20.
Huawei’s phone shipments have risen from 3 million units in 2010, the company added.
Last year, Huawei said it sold 153 million units. The company surpassed Apple in the second quarter of 2018 to become the world’s second largest phone retailer, according to Canalys research company.
“In the global mobile phone market, Huawei has gone from being a ‘different’ statistic to rank among the top 3 players in the world,” the company said in their official statement.
Despite his successes this year, Huawei has still faced some challenges, especially with the US government. In February, US intelligence officials advised Americans not to buy Huawei products for fear of being used to spy on the Chinese government.
In January, AT & T withdrew from an agreement to sell Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and Verizon reportedly pursued their step.

Samsung will bring faster charge to future phones
Samsung may be working on incorporating the fastest refilling technologies into their next phones, according to a Twitter post by Ice Universe.
Apparently, this will debut at the company’s next device, which is expected to be called the Galaxy S10.
The post does not give any features, it just means that the current 15W charging technology used by Samsung will “become history”.
This improvement can be a struggle to fight against OnePlus, which usually has had some of the biggest loading speeds.
In particular, the company has recently debuted Warp Charge at the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, which can charge the phone battery by 50% in just 20 minutes, which can make the traditional charging look slow, in comparison.
Samsung should disclose all the details about their future device in February when the World Congress of Mobile Phones (MWC) takes place in Barcelona

Understanding your sleep cycle
Sleep is important because it lets your body rest and restores energy levels. It affects your mental and physical well being and can help you cope with stress or illness

Sleep specialists posit that there are 5 stages of sleep that occur in a continuous cycle during the sleep phase. For someone to get the full benefits of sleep, it is important that they go through the full cycle otherwise they will not feel refreshed when they wake up. - Rapid Eye Movement (REM) stage

REM increases while deep sleep becomes shorter as the night progresses. Some people are unable to sleep because of a number of factors including medications like antidepressants and cigarette use. When you take alcohol, you will go into a deep sleep but once the alcohol starts leaving your system you will wake up. The waking up tends to occur in the REM stage.
REM is the stage where dreaming occurs, your body goes into a state of paralysis which prevents us from acting out our dreams. However, there are some people who do things while asleep like walking, eating or even having sex, they almost always never remember doing the activities.
Some people will wake up during REM and experience the terrifying Sleep paralysis, where they are aware of what is happening around them but cannot move. Some people say they feel like there is a presence in the room while others feel like there is someone sitting on their chest, crushing out the air from lungs leading to breathing difficulties. Once the paralysis breaks, individuals experience anxiety and terror but this dissipates after some time
Sleep cycle
A typical sleep cycle is about 90 minutes long. In the initial cycles, you will spend a lot of time in stages 1 to 4 typically referred to as Non-Rapid Eye Movement (NREM) stage. Towards the end of sleep, you will spend more time in REM.
The cycle highlighted above is the ideal, there are however many factors that can interfere with it leading to sleep problems for some individuals. Such factors include age, illness, stress, exercise, and medication among others. The individuals sleep history is also important, irregular sleep can throw the internal clock off leading to a redistribution of the sleep phases.
Napping is a good way of catching up with lost sleep unless it interferes with night sleeping.
So what are the benefits of napping?
Extra sleep is good for rejuvenating the body especially if you did not get a good night’s sleep. Adults need an average of 8-9 hours per day but the daily demands of life whether family, work or social life does not always allow it to happen. If you find that you are not getting the required hours of sleep then consider napping during the day to help you rejuvenate.
Sleep specialists recommend a nap time of 20-30 minutes. This means that during your lunch break you can look for a quiet place and take a nap. You will wake up feeling refreshed and alert. Longer nap times can result in grogginess and disrupted night sleep. Specialists found that the alertness from naps was as good as taking a strong cup of coffee. Combine the two and you will be good to go.
However, with the good comes some bad. Other than grogginess and disrupted sleep, napping can increase the likelihood of heart failure for people who were already at risk.

Chinese manufacturers tend to include absurd amounts of RAM on their smartphones and Lenovo intends to be the new king with the new Lenovo Z5 Pro GT phone. The company announced the device on the Weibo social network, and will have up to 12GB of RAM.
This capacity puts it even ahead of the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, which was launched last week with 10GB of memory. Indeed, just like the OnePlus phone, the Z5 Pro GT seems to be inspired by fast, red lines that are placed around the phone parts, such as the camera.
Also as the OnePlus device, the Z5 Pro GT is based on a previous Z5 Pro phone, but includes some improvements. It will be one of the first phones with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the most expensive configuration will offer 512GB of internal storage in addition to 12GB of RAM.
Other features lie next to the original Z5 Pro, with the same Full HD display + 6.39 inches as well as similar dual cameras on the back, even the same battery capacity.
The phone will be available for pre-order on January 15 and will be on sale in January 24th.
The Z5 Pro GT will cost $391 for the lowest model with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
