Razer Huntsman Mini

The Razer Huntsman Mini is the company’s smallest keyboard

A 60% keyboard with improved red switches

Razer has unveiled a small version of its quite popular Huntsman keyboard. The Huntsman Mini is a 60% keyboard, which has no Numpad, command buttons, and arrows, being the smallest keyboard Razer has ever produced. So even smaller than BlackWidow Lite.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Razer’s decision for a 60% keyboard comes from the growing demand from users for smaller keyboards. The Huntsman Mini will use Razer Optical Switches, but the new generation will have better noise due to the silicone parts, while you can choose between Purple with noise switches and Red without noise.

The Huntsman Mini will come in black and white. The version with Purple Switches costs €129.99 and the version with Red Switches costs €139.99.

Galaxy Note 20 Leak

The Galaxy Note 20 leaks in a 360 degree render

Samsung Galaxy Note 20, which is expected to arrive on August 5, has appeared in a new video posted by Evan Blass’s famous Twitter account, @evleaks, which reveals almost every aspect of this new smartphone.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

As you can see, the Galaxy Note 20 has a screen with a hole in the middle, and on the back three cameras lined up vertically along with the flash on the top-left side. The video also reveals that the “Power” button and the volume buttons are located on the right side, the S Pen on the left side, and the USB-C port on the bottom of the phone.

Beyond the render, we also have front and rear images which you can see below.

The front part shows a very similar design. It seems that for the Galaxy Note 20, Samsung will move towards a flatter display compared to the curved one that other models have had. From the back, it will be the triple camera setup, which reminds us a lot of Galaxy S20 cameras. Anyway, this time they look a bit thicker, so let’s hope Samsung has upgraded the optics in some way.

Oukitel WP6

Oukitel WP6 an unbreakable smartphone, battery that lasts for days and so cheap

For just $159.99 the WP6 brings mid-range options, 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, 6.3-inch 1080 display, 48MP camera, and Android 9.0

The golden days of charging the Nokia 3310 only once a week were eclipsed by the advent of massive screens, with advanced technology and features that until yesterday a computer and some extra devices were needed.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Oukitel has an alternative for the toughest conditions and at a price that competes whatever you throw forward. For just $159.99 the WP6 brings mid-range options, 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, 6.3-inch 1080p, 48MP camera and Android 9.0.

But the points where the smartphone knows no competition are the strengths, as the camera is super protected, ready to endure drops and shocks from the most dramatic. 1.1mm Corning Gorilla Glass, and a “metal aviation” frame. Dust and water protection is IP68 which allows it to resist up to 1.5 meters depth for 30 minutes.

And the final charging solution comes in the form of 10,000 mAh. A massive battery which can also be used to charge other devices. 18W must provide sufficient charging speed.

It’s not the most sophisticated or beautiful smartphone, but clearly someone working in difficult conditions would do quite a favor.

Twitter suffers the biggest cyber attack in history

On Wednesday Twitter said that hackers have targeted the company employees by gaining access to internal tools and system by compromising some of the most popular Twitter accounts.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The company said it was a coordinated social engineering attack that had successfully targeted some of the employees. The company statement contradicts a Motherboard report which says that the hack was made possible thanks to the help of one of the Twitter employees.

The media claims are based on an interview with one of the hackers. The attack began on Wednesday when the high-profile accounts like Joe Biden and Kim Kardashian began posting links to a bitcoin account. Users were asked to send money and promised to get back twice as much. The hackers are believed to have generated $118,000 in revenue from the scheme.

Billionaires like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates were also among the many prominent figures in the US who have been targeted by hackers on Twitter in a Bitcoin fraud scheme, writes the BBC. The official accounts of Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Kanye West also were targeted, asking for donations in cryptocurrencies.

“Everyone is asking me to give them something. “You send $1,000, and I return $2,000,” reads a post from Bill Gates’s account.

Above all, the hacking revealed that Twitter employees have quite a bit of control over user accounts questioning their security. Employees’ internal tools that were hacked were for closing accounts and changing emails.

Twitter said it had taken the necessary steps to restrict access to internal systems. In 2017 a similar situation led to the closure of US President Donald Trump’s account for 11 minutes. And in 2019 the US Department of Justice requested the arrest of two Twitter employees for spying on behalf of Saudi Arabia.

Intel promises something big on September 2nd

Most likely will launch the 11th generation of processors

Intel has promised something big on September 2 where it will most likely launch the 11th generation of processors. It is about Tiger Lake processors which will be based on the 11-nanometer architecture.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

They will follow the existing 10-nanometer+ processors which have debuted with the Ice Lake generation and must compete with the AMD Ryzen 4000 series which have a tear-jerking advantage with the 7-nanometer architecture.

This year AMD has strongly entered the market of work laptops and games. AMD has proven that it can compete in performance and price.

Another reason why it is an important moment for Intel is the Xe graphics which have challenged the Nvidia MX350 itself, an impressive result for integrated graphics. Tiger Lake chips will bring more processing power and graphics with 25W power consumption.

Ghost of Tsushima

Ghost of Tsushima launch trailer gets published early

The Ghost of Tsushima launch trailer has already been released online, three before the game launch, on Friday, July 17th

The trailer is still classified as unlisted on YouTube but has been widely circulated on social media. Surprisingly, it has not yet been released by Sony or the PlayStation, but there is no doubt that the trailer is the official one. The clip ends with an ‘available now’, which further reinforces the idea that it came out prematurely.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Shortly afterward SuckerPunch posted an updated version of the trailer on Twitter. It is exactly the same, except that the phrase “available now” has been fixed with a reminder to pre-order.

As expected the trailer is very interesting. This is the longest dialogue we have seen so far from the game and the other clips illustrate quite well what we can expect from this samurai adventure.

6G

Samsung reveals the first details of 6G networks

Samsung Electronics expects that the 6G communication to be commercialized in 2028 and to enter mass use in 2030. The company said that ITU-R, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) sector responsible for radiocommunications, will start operating on 6G from next year.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The process of developing technical standards for each generation from 2G to 5G has been significantly reduced. It took 15 years to develop 3G, while with 6G this process will be significantly accelerated.

Although we are still in the early stages of commercializing 5G, Samsung executives believe it is not too early to launch the work on 6G. Samsung predicts speeds up to 1Tbps (1000Gbps), transmission delays of 100 microseconds, 50 times more capacity than 5G. The use of artificial intelligence paves the way for the need for a reliable 6G in the face of security and privacy threats.
