This 32-inch Samsung Space Gaming takes up little space for a gaming monitor

Giant gaming monitors have one problem: they occupy most of the desk space leaving little room for speakers and other peripherals.

Samsung may have found a simple solution. The new Space Gaming Monitor SR75Q adopts the formula of a Space Monitor. The 32-inch screen is slim and flush with the wall.

However this monitor has replaced 4K in favor of a 2,560×1440 pixel resolution with a refresh rate of 144Hz and support for AMD FreeSync.

As in the past, with this modem you can hide the power cables and HDMI without overlooking the desk. Samsung did not provide details on the price of the monitors but should be available globally in the fourth quarter of the year.

Their price can range around $500, as well as the Space Monitor.

Google Play app store invaded by the white

Google has begun offering massive redesign of the Google Play Store to users. This design has appeared several times in limited testing in the past few months, but already now is available to everyone.

The new look is in line with the “Material Design” that Google brought with Android 9 Pie last year. This style uses the official Google.com site as inspiration and the results are very white.

It’s the same design released in Gmail earlier this year, present on Android P and will continue with Android Q.

The Play Store sells apps, books, movies, and music, and past design was colorful between different sections. Now the app is almost monochrome.

In addition to the new look, the app offers support for the new gesture navigation panel by making it transparent. On the homepage, the content tabs are at the bottom of the app. The four tabs remain “Games”, “Apps”, “Movies & TV” and “Books” while the “Music” tab is missing.

Along with the Play Store, we expect to see successive redesign with Google apps in the coming weeks. The company has promised a “Dark Mode” for everyone, a feature that will be available at system level on Android Q as well.

2020 Audi A4 Allroad is packed with technology and style

Audi A4 Allroad has it all. What’s more, it’s packed with the latest technology, which is to be expected from a Ingolstadt-born car.

The 2020 model comes with some changes. But not the changes the Audi brand is known for, as this model comes with exterior changes. These changes have been applied not only to the Allroad version, but to all A4 family members.

A4 comes with a modified side profile, with one line joining another below, and edges on the side door. The Audi A4 Allroad that you see in the picture is in Quantum Gray, which makes it easier to distinguish the modifications made to the car.

The Allroad is taller and taller than the normal A4 Avant version. The latter has no under-body protection or arc tire cutouts. For more, the A4 Allroad comes with 12mm larger tires, and wider footprints than the standard Avant.

This massive update implemented by Audi refreshes the exterior design that some might say is the next-generation car rather than a facelift.

We’d like to say the same about the interior, but the car stays with the tablet in the headlights and conventional controls for climate control, unlike the larger Audit that have secondary touch screens.

Malware on BlackBerry and Antiviruses

BlackBerry devices can be divided into two camps: those using the BlackBerry (BB) operating system and the latest ones running Android. The latter have the same risks as we described in the Android space.

Those who still have a BlackBerry system installed are also vulnerable to malware. The BB10 is the latest BlackBerry operating system. Currently, at the moment we are writing, it has not received an update in five months. Furthermore support for BB10 will end in 2019.

Chinese company TCL Communications manufactures new generation of BlackBerry phones. TCL is licensed to manufacture devices by this name but all new devices use Android operating system and not BB.

What does this mean in terms of security? Well the number of people using WB is decreasing over time. The number of targets and the cost of attacking the WB is greater. It is therefore less profitable to attack BlackBerry devices.

What’s more, BB10 malware is not as much of an issue as Android and doesn’t get as much attention in testing.

Malware on Windows 10 Mobile and Antiviruses

The successor of Windows Phone 8.1, Windows 10 Mobile has strong connections to the desktop operating system. But Windows 10 Mobile will end on December 10, 2019. Last year’s Autumn update was the last.

At the end of the support users should switch to an alternative mobile operating system. Windows 10 Mobile will become vulnerable to attacks as the problems to be detected will not be addressed.

You need an antivirus application on mobile devices!

As you can see, whether you need an antivirus application, it depends on your mobile operating system.

If you have an older Android device you should use an antivirus application as this category of Android devices are more exposed. With iOS you have a much safer operating system than Android but installing a security tool for scanning e-mail or download files can help you stay safe online.

As far as BlackBerry and Windows 10 Mobile are concerned, both operating systems are in the end-of-life, and the best option left to you is to switch to an operating system device that receives constant updates.

Technologies that support Artificial Intelligence

Natural Language Processing (NLP) – NLP is the capability of computers to understand, analyse, and generate human language, including speech. The second stage of natural language processing is natural language interaction, which allows human beings to communicate with computers using normal, day to day language to perform tasks. E.g. Skype Translator, which understands the speech of multiple languages in real-time to facilitate communication.
Computer Vision – It is a technique which depends upon deep learning and pattern recognition to identify what’s in a video or picture. When machines can process, scrutinize and understand images, they can capture videos or images in real-time and understand their surroundings.

In addition to the above, there are several technologies which enable and support Artificial Intelligence:

Graphical Processing Units or GPUs – They are important enablers to AI as they provide the massive computing power needed for iterative processing. Big data plus compute power is required for training neural networks.
The Internet of Things (IoT) – It generates a huge amount of data from the devices connected, most of which are unanalyzed. The internet of things is anticipated to connect over 100 billion devices in the coming future.
Advanced Algorithms – These are being developed and pooled in new ways to study more data quicker and at various levels. This intelligent processing is crucial to identify and predict rare events, optimizing unique scenarios and understand complex systems.
Application Processing Interfaces (APIs) – Portable packages of code which help to add artificial intelligence functionality to software packages and products. They can add image recognition capabilities to home security systems and question and answer capabilities that describe data, create headlines and captions, or call out motivating patterns and insights in data.

A report generated by Gartner suggests that by 2020, AI would generate an estimated 2.3 million jobs. This figure was calculated by taking into account the 1.8 million jobs made simpler by automation.

Technology giants together against the digital tax

The French Senate in July approved a 3% tax that will apply to digital revenue generated in France if it exceeds 25m euros and 750m euros worldwide.

The US Chamber of Commerce said the tax would generate roughly 500m euros a year and much of it would be paid by US firms.

“Such measures hurt Facebook and the digital economy,” said social networking tax chief Alan Lee.

The COO of the Computer and Communications Industry Association, which represents companies like Intel, eBay and Netflix, said the tax undermines the progress made with the new tax system in the digital economy and fosters an aggressive response to the problem.

Amazon’s tax policy director said that in France more than 10,000 businesses sell through Amazon online stores and the tax will increase sales by 3% starting October 1.

Last month US President Donald Trump threatened to tax wine and other French products in retaliation. Other European countries have also announced plans for their digital tax.

Bugatti Centodieci, a $8.9 million car that mixes the classic with modern!

Bugatti Centodieci is the most powerful French-made SuperCar, surpassing the Chiron with 1,600 horsepower.

But it’s not just the power of the $8.9 million price tag. The SuperCar has the design elements of the 1991 EB110 model.

A glance at the car and it is clear where the inspiration for this car comes from. However, it is not part of the EB110 two-dimensional model. Rather the designers aim to bring the EB110 to the modern age.

Transporting a classic look to a technical complex of the future. Centodieci, meaning 110 in Italian to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the company’s founding, has new slim headlights with integrated LED lights, and five rounds of 16-cylinder engine ventilation.

The 8.0-liter W16 16-cylinder engine produces 1,600 horsepower and can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.4 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 380km/h.

Bugatti will only produce 10 Centodiecs and have already sold than. The first deliveries will start in 2022. The company will also produce 40 Bugatti Divo‘s and a La Voiture Noire which is the most expensive car ever sold for $18.68 million.

The company will also produce 500 Bugatti Chiron.

OnePlus soon with a second 5G phone for 2019, launch is expected in fall

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, available since late May, is the company’s first 5G phone, launched on May 14.

Apparently, OnePlus has additional plans, which may or may not be the same with the upcoming OnePlus 7T Pro.

Company CEO Pete Lau confirmed in a recent interview that OnePlus is planning a second 5G phone for this year, one that would be compatible with 5G networks globally.

At this point we can speculate that it really could be the OnePlus 7T Pro, judging by the company’s past launches.

The fall gear is usually built on the spring model with improved interior, so, in addition to the 5G capabilities, we can expect the phone to use the newest Snapdragon 855 Plus chip.
