Elon Musk’s plan to hack the human brain a step closer to reality

NeuraLink, a company founded by Elon Musk to explore ways to connect to the human brain with a computer interface, has applied to American authorities to test a device on people.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The system was tested at a monkey and had managed to control the computer with his brain according to Musk.

The firm said it intends to focus on patients with major brain damage. But Musk’s mission is to create a super man.

The device that the firm has developed contains 3,000 electrodes tied to a thread that is thiner than a hair that can monitor the activity of 1,000 neurons.

NeuraLink did not show how the system translates brain activity or how the device could stimulate brain cells.

Musk said the system makes possible a symbiosis with artificial intelligence. Before that, he had argued that artificial intelligence could destroy humanity.

Currently Musk is seeking to employ more scientists for a firm that employs 100 people.

Galaxy Note 10 will be the fastest phone that Samsung has ever produced

We are expecting to see a lot of impressive technology on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, but so far it did not include a completely new processor.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Samsung usually uses the same processor at the main entries of both Galaxy Note and Galaxy S brands. However, it may seem to change this year, according to a leaked online result.

According to the Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Samsung Galaxy Note Plus will be powered by the Exynos 9825, an Exynos 9820 update. Attached to 8GB of RAM, the new processor seems to be a real powerhouse.

Ice Universe has posted on Twitter a landmark that allegedly reveals the level of performance we can expect from the Galaxy Note 10.

If the leak is correct, we can expect Geekbench results of 4,495 and 10,223 in single and multi-core tests which are higher than any other Android phone.

The iPhone XS and XS XS Max, which are powered by Apple’s A12 Bionic processor, reach 4,798 and 11,259 in the same single and multi-core tests at Geekbench 4.

Evaluation results are designed to help users compare performance across devices across different platforms. So regardless of the processor’s brand and operating system, the higher the Geekbench’s score, the better.

Samsung patent reveals the potential Galaxy S11 with expandable screen (PHOTO)

Samsung Electronics introduced a new patent at the end of 2018 for an “Expanded Galaxy Phone” at KIPO (Korean Intelligence Property Office), and after many months, it was finally released on June 24, 2019.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

In this patent application, there are fourteen sketches where a Galaxy-like phone can be seen, but unlike its predecessors, this screen can extend the width of the phone, after which the display surface increases by about 50%.

In the front there is a camera system with a round design that is positioned right in the middle and will not obstruct the expanded screen because it can be moved to the right. On the back you will find a camera system in the top right corner.

Unfortunately, there is still no detail on the type of processor or memory you can expect but we are sure that Samsung will most likely choose premium hardware if the device goes into production.

Whether it stays at these expectations or not, it should easily transfer giant RAW photos and 4K videos. But it’s not just a USB hub because it’s designed to meet your laptop‘s needs when you’re on the move.

The Hub supports peripheral hardware up to 100W. You will find USB-C and USB ports to support new and old devices without mentioning the HDMI output port for video up to 4K at 30fps per second.

If you are a photographer who uses high-end DSLR, the price of this hub certainly will not be noticeable either.

Qualcomm launched the new Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, which boosts video games

This processor comes as the mid-life update of Snapgragon 855, which was quite powerful.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The increase in performance is not so great, but it’s enough to please those who play video games, as they will be much more empowered. All this is enabled after a new core is installed, the Kryo 485 CPU Prime, which works at 2.96GHz, about four percent more than the previous version.

The Adreno 640 GPU is also in the processor, which is 15 percent faster than the current version. With this processor, it will be possible to use the 5G network as well as battery backup.

Many users will not even notice these changes, but these may be suitable for video game players who are eager for faster processors.

Huawei’s first 5G phone will not be the one you thought

Huawei‘s plan has been that the first 5G phone was the one with Mate X folding, but a $2,600 last-minute extension of the innovative phone for September changed the company’s plans.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The Chinese giant confirmed that the first 5G phone would not be Mate X, but Mate 20 X 5G and will debut in several countries around the world in July. The Mate 20 X 5G surface is identical to the Mate 20 X with 7.2-inch AMOLED display, 24-megapixel front camera and three rear-facing cameras between 8 to 40 megapixels.

Huawei will offer the 5G version with a smerald color and 5G mark on the rear to differentiate it from other Mate 20 X models.

Inside the 5G version shares the same 7-nanometer Kirin 980 processor as the other standard models. Mate 20 X 5G has the Balong 5000 modem that enables 5G technology coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory as well as the 4,200 mAh battery.

On the other hand another variant with 4G, Mate 20 X has 6GB of RAM, 128GB of memory and 5,000mAh battery.

In the 5G Mate 20 X 5G performance must perform brilliantly in the middle band. Huawei says the phone also supports the first 5G hybrid versions and the latest 5G independent version. Hybrid versions are a combination of 5G and 4G. Along with two standards the 5G phone comes with 2G, 3G, and 4G with support for two SIM cards.

The first operators are beginning to offer custom orders for Mate 20 X 5G at $959 in the UAE to $1,238 in Amazon in Italy. Other European operators like Sunrise in Switzerland and Monaco Telecom have promised to offer Mate 20 X 5G to their customers. British operator Vodafone will also bring the latest phone.

Google changes the way the news appears in search results

In the social network Twitter, the company published a video of the redesigned news section in the search engine’s desktop version. In the coming weeks, the new design will become available to all users.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The changes are in line with the efforts of the search giant to respond to publishers’ demands and needs and fight again fake news.

While it is early to give what the new news tab is up to, it is clearly a new step in a different direction. In the GIF published by Google that shows the change, the names of publishers appear on top of the titles.

The new news tab has adopted the format of Google News cards on desktop and mobile. Unlike the similar Google newsgroup you did in the search results, in the new view every news has its own card.

The new look not only expands the name of the publisher, but also organizes the items more clearly.

Visual concepts show how Pixel 4 XL looks like in real life

A few days ago, we’ve seen the upcoming Google Pixel 4 XL concepts, based on past flows, reports, Google promotions, and resource information.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Based on these visual concepts, Jonas Daehnert published a series of images that show how the phone might look realistic. We are seeing a white version of Pixel 4 XL here and following the previous reports on paper.

Everything is the same, including three cameras on the back, two cameras on the front and return of frames. What’s really interesting here is that these images tell us how the phone might look realistic if all of the reports we’ve seen and heard so far are accurate.
