The latest firm’s research exposed six dangerous antivirus applications that have 1.66 billion downloads in the Play Store.

The problem is with the permissions required by these so-called security applications that are not required by a genuine antivirus application.

It’s about getting permission to control your location, your camera and even using your phone without your knowledge. VPN Pro says applications like Virus Cleaner, Security Master and Clean Master have been revealed with malware in the past and are still available on Play store collecting millions of installations.

If you want to download a security app then you need to go for a popular brand that you are familiar with. Free applications are free for a reason because if you are not paying for them then someone else is paying.

Of course there are some permissions that security applications must use to operate such as accessing the Internet and reading and writing memory to scan for dangerous files.

Dell brings the 27-inch 4K monitor with built-in calibration tool

Dell has unveiled its newest monitor, the UP2720Q. This 27-inch model was created for users who need a monitor for processing photos and videos with improved color accuracy.

Dell UP2720Q monitor comes in 4K resolution, and according to the company, it will be the first model of this size and resolution to come with an integrated colorimeter.

For those who don’t know, the colorimeter is a tool used to calibrate the monitor. This means that users can quickly and easily configure their monitor whenever they want or need it. Dell also points out that this will help with efficiency because the colorimeter helps keep the constant from entering the exit.

Other features of the monitor include the implementation of the Thunderbolt 3 connection for faster data transfer, and the connection of laptops that can be charged into the monitor.

The model has a relatively compact design (173 x 149 x 300 mm), is made of ferrous metal and features its own power of 450W and the network card. The graphics card within the package is from the WATERFORCE line and has a large number of RGB light effects.

AORUS WATERFORCE all-in-one cooling system integrates a larger layer of copper, a 240mm aluminum radiator and two 120mm ventilators. With the optimized pump and water block, this system offers the most efficient fluid circulation and cooling performance, with low noise levels.

During the Blizzcon 2019 event, Blizzard unveiled its eighth expansion for the game, titled Shadowlands, which covers the post-Battle for Azeroth period, Engadge reports.

When it comes to gameplay, players will have five new zones available, and the game will have new levels of experience. The advancement from the first level to the tenth level has been fully reworked. Entering the Shadowlands is possible after level 50, where it can potentially be reached at level 60 (this system changes the old system, where players could upgrade to level 130).

For veterans who have already gone through the advancement process, Blizzard warns less “squabbling” and more options to play. At level 60, players can join the Covenant, where they gain new powers from the group they join.

The option of adapting the characters has also been modified. There will also be eight new dungeons while the first raid is configured for up to 10 players. The new Tower of the Damned is also offered – a casual dungeon gameplay experience.

Although AMD has not yet officially released the Radeon RX 5500XT graphics card, it is known that the Navi architecture used for the RX 5500 series has some spare CU (compute units) waiting to be unlocked.

Instead of the 22 active CUs in the RX 5500, the RX 5500 XT will have 24 active CUs, giving the graphics card 128 stream more processors and a potential performance improvement of nine percent. In addition, it is expected that the AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT will offer higher working speeds in contrast to the RX 5500.

ECC listing suggests that the Radeon RX 5500 XT will have 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, but the memory speed is currently unknown.

The launch of the Radeon RX 5500 series is expected during the fourth quarter, while AMD has already confirmed that ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, PowerColor, Sapphire and XFX will work on personalized versions of the Radeon RX 5500 video card.

Yesterday, Xiaomi unveiled Mi CC9 Pro, the first 108-megapixel camera phone the company has developed in collaboration with Samsung.

The bad news is that the Mi CC9 Pro will not be sold outside of China. The good news is that Xiaomi has introduced an almost identical model called the Mi Note 10 which will be sold internationally.

Mi Note 10 was introduced in Spain and will be sold in Britain and other European countries. From the published information, there is no difference in hardware between the two phones except the Mi Note 10 will have Google applications.

Xiaomi usually puts different names on the same phones to distinguish between Chinese and international models. The concrete case is the K20 / K20 Pro model in China that is sold globally as the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro.

Now the IT World Canada site report suggests that Intel will be ready to introduce 10nm desktop processors “early next year” and also claims that the company’s production of 10nm chips is progressing well and that Intel is pleased with the stock it has.

Blizzard confirms Diablo IV, the gameplay trailer is also released

After some leaked information emerged, Blizzard has officially introduced Diablo IV during BlizzCon. The company kicked off its conference with an impressive and brutal Gothic trailer that offers the first glimpse of what the RPG game will look like, reports Engadget.

Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo IV will feature the return to the dark, gothic, medieval version of Hell from the Diablo series. Brutal wars for which franchisees are known, large numbers of monstrosities, and large numbers of items and equipment can be expected.

Diablo IV will support the independent and cooperative game, while it is possible to encounter other players with whom PvP combat is possible. Three classes have been confirmed so far: Barbarian, Sorceress and Druid. The characters will be able to adapt, while Blizzard promises endless gameplay and progression.
