Redmi has officially announced the first K-series Redmi smartphones through an unveiled event in China. The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro are first full-screen smartphones from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi.

The Redmi K20 is powered by the Snapdragon 730, while the Snapdragon 855 chipset is present under the K20 Pro cap.

The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro phones come with the same design. The Redmi K20 Pro features an AMOLED screen of 6.39 inches that provides a long 19.5: 9 ratio and full HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The AMOLED display is integrated with the latest fingerprint reader below the screen. These phones also support full DC Dimming mode and eye protection.

The Snapdragon 855 chipset powers the phone with the presence of 8GB of RAM. There is a 4000mAh battery inside the phone that is accompanied by a fast 27W charging. It comes with 8 layers of graphite sheet for heat dispersion.

The phone has up to 256GB of storage space, but no microSD card support. The MIUI 10 with Android 9 Pie is powered on the device.

Redmi K20 and K20 Pro smartphone pre-sales starts today at 6pm (local time) in China. The sale of Redmi K20 will start on June 1st at 10 am and K20 Pro will launch on June 10th. There is no word about the international availability of the Redmi K20 series. Rumors confirm that these cell phones will come to Europe as well.

The company has introduced XPS 13 2-in-1 that will have two screens as well as the new version of Dell XPS 15.

The 13-inch hybrid that is a combination of laptop and tablet has many changes compared to its predecessor, while the main changes are camera placement from the bottom, at the top of the screen.

The touch sensitive command area has expanded by 18 percent, while there are improvements to some technical details. Despite these changes Dell has managed to expand it by seven percent, compared to the previous generation.

Within XPS 13 will be Intel’s tenth-generation Core processor, expected to make it 2.5 times faster.

Both these Dell laptops, which can be configured up to 64MB, come out in June, with a $999 starting price.

The monitor also comes with two USB-C, Micro DMI and 7,800 mAh battery for 3 hours battery life at 240Hz. The battery lives mostly at lower refresh rates.

At the top of the line as mentioned above is the Ryzen 9 3900X. This 12-core processor has a basic frequency of 3.8Ghz and a 4.6Ghz turbo. Then AMD brought a couple of Ryzen 7 processors, the 3800X 399 dollar model and 3700X 329 dollars. Both have eight core but with frequencies 3.9 and 3.6Ghz respectively.

Among them there is a big difference in TDP where 3800X has a value of 105W and 3700X at a value of 65W.

Finally, there are two processors, Ryzen 5 3600X and 3600. AMD has provided some statistics on processor performance. The company says the 3900X flagship has similar performance to Intel Core i9-9920X despite its cost to half.

On the other hand, AMD says Ryzen 7 3700X is faster than Core i7-9700K, which costs nearly $50 less with test on core and all cores testing.

All new processors are based on the AMD X570 chip that uses the same AM4 socket as its predecessor processors. Theoretically it means that you can replace old Ryzen processors with a new one without changing the board.

At Computex, Qualcomm and Lenovo announced the first Windows 10 computer with the 5G connection.
