Specifications for one of the best Android phones for 2019 are published online

Huawei has just launched the P30, a phone with a camera system that has received a lot of attention. But the company will not stop there and have two major equipment plans to launch this year.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

One of them is Mate X folding. Next is Mate 30, which will be unveiled this fall.

Now is circulating a rumor detailing the design of Mate 30 and the key specs, courtesy of a Slashleaks contributor who posted the following post on Twitter a few days ago:

When Mate 20 was released last year, he gave some features that were not available on any other Android device, including a 7nm processor, 3D face recognition support, and three-lens cameras.

If this report is correct, Mate 30 will have a 6.7-inch QuadHD + OLED display made by BOE and a “screen without frames” similar to that of Honor Magic.

The phone is also expected to feature a next generation 7nm Kirin 985 SoC that will come with an integrated modem 5G.

Mate 30 will also pack a triple camera module on the back, similar to the P30.

Samsung may launch soon a full screen phone with no frames

One of the key things that phone makers seem to be developing is a whole screen design on their phones.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

This means a front without any frame or camera hole and this is a purpose that Samsung has reconfirmed it is targeting.

According to MyDrivers, South Korean media reported that Samsung is working on a “fully complete screen” that can be achieved by invisibly building the camera on the screen, just like the fingerprint scanner on the screen.

This may allow a 100% display of the screen in the body without relying on a “pop-up” camera, which is less desirable since the pop-up mechanism may be more vulnerable to damage.

However, the company did not provide any information as to when exactly we could see this, which means it probably will not happen before 2020.

But if it debuted in 2019, then the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 would be a clear candidate for it.

OnePlus 7 Pro to have HDR10 + display

OnePlus has announced that their next phone, OnePlus 7 Pro, will be the first to feature a screen with HDR10 +.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Moreover, the company has worked with Netflix and YouTube to ensure that their Mobile HDR content is displayed in the best form on the new OnePlus phone.

Pete Lau, CEO of OnePlus, stated, “HDR10 + is the future of not just television screens but also phone screens. We hope that our newest device will set a new benchmark for the phone industry and will open a new visual world for the users. ”

For many years, the ambitious manufacturer has used an AMOLED 1080p panel, which – albeit alive and appealing – was never as sharp as some of its competitors.

Pixel 3a, the upcoming Google phone may cost $400

Google‘s next phone may massively lower the prices of modern phones: rumors show Pixel 3a to comes in just $400.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

That’s less than half the price of Apple’s iPhone XS, which starts at $1,000 and almost half the price of Apple‘s least expensive iPhone XR, which starts at $750.

The latest Pixel 3a price rumors come from This is Tech Today, a YouTube channel that appears to have packed the next Pixel phone package.

Pixel 3a appeared on a video a few months ago – a blue version model with a green neon button.

According to the channel, Pixel 3a starts with $400 and the largest Pixel 3a XL starts at $480.

Moreover, the channel says the new phones will arrive on May 7 – at the same time as the next Google’s I / O development conference.

LG will bring V50 with 5G network in South Korea, on May 10th

V50 will be available in three local operators and has a price of about $1,035. That makes it about $173 cheaper than the Galaxy S10 5G.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Initially, the V50 had to launch on April 19 in South Korea, but LG delayed it to take more time to optimize the Snapdragon 855 and X55 modems.

So far, the 5G role has been limited to South Korea and has not provided the best user experience.

Despite this, LG has now decided to launch the V50 due to the strong public interest in the 5G at present, instead of jeopardizing the V50 being forgotten.

That makes sense, because Samsung and Xiaomi are ahead with the launch of their 5G phones.

V50 features a 6.4 inches OLED QHD + screen, Snapdragon 855, three cameras on the back, two on the front, and a massive 4,000 mAh battery.

Google will automatically delete search and location history

Giant Search Engine has for long allowed users to delete this data manually on products like YouTube, Maps, and Search.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

In an effort to provide more control over personal information, the company will offer the option of automatic deletion between 3 and 18 months.

Google said the new tools will be available in the coming weeks. The online search giant faces criticism of the personal data it collects. In November, he was accused of tracking users even when manually history was off.

Currently, location tracking and history retention may be temporarily paused. But in the coming weeks, users will have the option to delete them automatically.

Huawei smartphone sales record, Samsung and Apple in trouble

IDC and Strategy Analytics today released the latest smartphone sales statistics and the clear winner according to them is Chinese giant Huawei at the expense of Samsung and Apple.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Huawei has flirted with the position of the world’s second-largest producer since long after overtakes Apple for the first time in 2017 and since 2018 where remained changing positions.

The growth of the company in 2019 gives more control over the second place. Huawei rose from 39.3 million phones sold in the first three months of 2018 to 59.1 million phones sold in the first three months of 2019 according to IDC and SA.

IPhone sales contracted from 52.2 million last year to 36 to 43 million this year. Apple recently stopped providing statistics on sales of phones and the above digits are predictions.

Though Samsung dropped from 78.2 million phones sold at 71.9 million. In fact without Huawei’s growth the smartphone market would have been in crisis already.

Other global brands that once had visible presence are also suffering. Sony‘s sales have fallen and the company is considering to stop the business altogether. Last week, LG signaled the prohibition of sales in South Korea. While HTC has only technically left part of this market.

Huawei is the only exception. The company has recently been criticized and rejected by the United States where it is not allowed to sell the phones.

All Huawei’s success comes from China and Europe.

Facebook promises that it will “change”

These changes are a direct response to multiple criticisms of how Facebook protects user data.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

And exactly, according to Zuckerberg, the privacy issue will be in the foreground with these changes.

In a speech to developers, Zuckerberg described the company’s new focus on privacy as “a major change” in how it works.

Some of the changes include: Messages in Messenger will be encrypted by default, meaning that Facebook will not see the content of the messaging and the platform will be fully integrated with Whatsapp.

The Facebook app is being redesigned to make centralized community groups. Zuckerberg has previously said he believes people in the future will want to speak privately in small groups and communities.

Then, Instagram posts will not have to start with a photo or video, it will be possible to share content using only text or drawings, thanks to a new “created” camera mode.

Galaxy Note 10 to come with a surprise design

Galaxy Note 10 to come with a surprise design

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is a major upgrade that will bring next-generation technology compared to the Galaxy S10. However it is expected to be almost identical in style and design with the S10, at least so far.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The popular Samsung Ice Universe reveals that the Galaxy S10 will be fully symmetrical. The Galaxy S10 is known for its asymmetric punch-hole design. With the Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Samsung will either shift the front camera in the middle of the screen or completely remove the punch-hole in favor of the new Infinity screen technology.

So the new Note line will have an edge compared to the Galaxy S10. The Ice Universe says the Galaxy Note 10 Pro 4G will have the same 4.500 mAh battery of the Galaxy S10 5G.

As a result, the space left for an even larger battery for the Galaxy Note 10’s confirmed 5G model. Also, it says that the Note 10 Pro will have a 25-watt charger, significantly faster than the 18-watt S10.

Battery information has also been confirmed by the Korean Institute of Industrial Technology which certifies similar components. Note 10 Pro will be expanded for the first time this year with a Note 10e model.
