Here’s what will happen to our Instagram after we split up from life

After we leave this life, we will certainly be held hostage to what will happen to our loved ones, but above all what will happen to our Instagram ??? Who will get their hands on DM? And to find out all the shame and sins we committed in the living?

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

In this concern Instagram is testing an option of accounts “in memory of” this certainly influenced by the massive fatalities in the high number of deaths from Covid-19.

Soon the profile of the deceased, after being signaled by family members that he has passed away, will continue to exist with a special ribbon “in memory of …“, loved ones can see the content and can send messages despite no one will be able to read it. Also the account will be totally closed and no one will be able to log in to it with a password.

This issue is not new for social networks, Facebook in 2015 did a similar thing, and friends could joke with each other declaring their deaths, but now family members have to prove it through documents and then the site gets the status of above.

Another recently added clause is the freedom to inherit your profile from anyone after you have passed away.

Dark thoughts in such times of course, but the emotional connection we create with each other is also reflected online, through what can become a digital cemetery tomorrow.

Facebook ready to rival Zoom via Messenger Rooms

Facebook is launching a series of new products to expand its options in the video chat segment

Scandal or lack of success and the high number of Zoom usage has broken every statistic. And the reaction from the competition was not long in coming. Facebook unveiled Messenger Rooms, a total reconception of the app’s video calling service.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Up to 50 people can access this video service, and people should not be invited individually, Facebook users can post the link on their wall or in groups or event pages. Furthermore, participants do not have to have a Messenger or Facebook account, a browser is enough and you can become a part of it.

But on the other hand, the example of Zoom infiltrations has increased security levels and the caller can close the room to unwanted people.

All the gallantry of creative backgrounds and new filters are also present here. 14 new filters that provide professional lighting for the environment and the face. Messenger Rooms are starting to spread today, the move came as a result of high demand, more than 700 million video calls are made every day on Messenger and WhatsApp

Also, Facebook is doubling the number of people in WhatsApp video calling from four to eight people, adding video calls to Facebook Dating as well, adding new live streaming features to both Facebook and Instagram.

New Facebook products are coming as global pandemic has forced hundreds of millions of people to stay inside and rely on digital tools for almost everything.

iPhone 12 Render

Here’s how the iPhone 12 will look like according to the latest render

Svelteapple says this is at least 80% accurate to what we will see in September

While the information about the iPhone 12 continues to flow, we are all curious to know what it will look like and with this work the designers are busy bringing supposed product renderings. The next order comes from Sveteapple.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Flat sides, a smaller notch and thinner body. Details that will confuse you to get the iPhone SE 2020 for only $399 or save some more until the 12th comes out.

Rounded sides were removed to the iPad Pro of 2020 suggesting that this will result in other products, with a look like that of the 5th generation, pretty futuristic. The materials used seem to be the same of the last generation, the steel on the side and the textured glass on the back. In terms of color options we’ve heard that Apple is working on a Dark Blue version but nothing else is known. Assumed for a Green Olive, White and Gray version as well.

Notch has had numerous reports of a downgrade and this is also introduced in these renders.

Another big change has to do with the camera bump on the back, where the more Pro version of the line will have an extra LIDAR camera bringing the total of sensors to 4.

Svelteapple says this is at least 80% accurate to what we will see in September. And after using the same aesthetics for 3 years since the iPhone X, such a change is more than welcome.

Microsoft will bring Surface Book 3 and Surface Go 2 next month

The latest leaks bring to attention Microsoft and recently beloved products for the user

Apparently Microsoft will use Intel’s latest generation 10 processors for the Surface Book 3, along with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Rumors also say that this time Nvidia Quadro graphics cards will be used in some Book 3 models.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

This is to focus on the demand of 3D animators, designers, or engineers who prefer optimized Quadro for some types of professional programs instead of video games.

As for the Go 2, in addition to the standard version with Intel Pentium Gold processor, there will also be a version with Intel Core i3. The latter is known to come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage as well as LTE capability.

The Surface Go 2 will have a 10.5-inch screen and thinner frames. The design will be the same as the first Go series, so the new generation’s exterior accessories will work best with the new product.

Microsoft plans to release them next month, things may change from pandemic but it has been a long time since the company is working on these products.

Will LG’s new smartphone design change its fate?

The company revealed more than the final design but also key aspects that shape the phone

LG has embarked on a new adventure in hopes of re-imagining the company’s image. For the first time it will not only change the design of smartphones but also their designations. These changes will be materialized for the first time in LG Velvet, the next generation smartphone.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

But LG Velvet resembles more of an LG attempt to capture the latest trends than a new design philosophy. What LG advertises as a “3D Arc” design is something other manufacturers have been doing for a long time, bending the screens toward the edges and creating an ergonomic design.

On the other side, the Waterdrop camera is a nice visual element. The published video shows in which segment LG Velvet will be placed. The company calls it “mass premium” which means it can be mid-range with processors like the Snapdragon 765 and 5G.

What this phone will have unlike today’s flagships is the 3.5mm headphone port.

Overall LG Velvet will be a charming smartphone for the masses but will it be enough to change the fate of the company in this industry?

Facebook’s latest move, a warning to YouTube and Twitch

Facebook will launch today an app for gaming fans called Facebook Gaming

A strong move from the social network, Facebook Gaming would be Facebook’s first attempt to confront the dominators of this market like Google YouTube and Amazon Twitch.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The app will be free and comes years after investments that make 700 million of the 2.5 billion users per month engage in gaming content on the platform. The application is designed to view and record video game recordings, a growing sector in recent years.

While most of the world is isolated at home due to coronavirus, the $160 billion global video game business is marking a boom.

The company has tested Facebook Gaming in Southeast Asia and Latin America for the past 18 months and plans to launch it on Google Play on Monday while the iOS version when will be approved form Apple.

In the video game market, Facebook ranks third after YouTube and Twitch in terms of hours watched. Currently gaming content users see in it the main app. The new app includes games, access to player communities but the real success will be how much will be used to watch and broadcast live video games.

iPhone 12 Render

iPhone 12 Video Render, it shows flat sides and less screen frames

Although the next iPhone will hit the market in fall, there are already images of what it might look like

If the information released is correct, Apple will take a few steps back in designing the next generation of iPhone. Rumors are growing that the iPhone 12 is based on the angular model of the iPhone 5, which was introduced 8 years ago.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Accordingly, the iPhone 12 should have flat edges with stainless steel and rounded corners. Apparently, Apple is also saying goodbye to a screen that is slightly rounded at the edges. The iPhone 12 Pro Max’s screen diagonal seems to increase from 6.5 to 6.7 inches. The device is said to be slightly wider. The screen itself should now also have a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

All other latest iPhone 12 leaks

The spring period is usually the hottest area where leaks and predictions for the next iPhone become more accurate. This is because June is officially the month where their mass production begins, but also the physical details are distributed to the production companies of the protective cases, so according to new info, here is what the iPhone 12 Pro Max will look like from next week.

It is believed that this generation will be different from the others as the sides of the apartments will be flat and not arched as before, more or less like the version of iPhone 5 and 4, aesthetics also introduced to the new iPad.

The screen will be 6.7-inch OLED but overall the smartphone will be wider and longer. Meanwhile, the screen frame will be much thinner up to 40% on all four sides, which would be a real beauty to see.

As for the camera set, the new LIDAR sensor will certainly take fourth place in a bump that will stay the same in size especially in terms of thickness, but considering that the body itself will be thinner it remains to be seen how it will look. Sensor diameters are expected to be larger which invites allusions to hardware improvements, super!

Changes will also come to the front of the screen, where the camera footprint and FaceID sensors will be different in design but also smaller. The antenna lines on the side are expected to be wider and closer, as needed for 5G.

A strange change has to do with the SIM card slot, which has an immigrant on the other side. Where the SIM was, a Smart Connector trail is suspected. Aspect has been discussed for years but has never seen sunlight.

In total there will be 4 versions and it is expected to be launched sometime by the end of 2020.

Oppo Reno Ace 2 has the world’s fastest wireless charging technology

40W wireless, 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 wired

While OnePlus left its mark few days ago with the debut of they new flagship with 30W wireless charging technology, the sister company Oppo made an advantageous move.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Oppo introduced the Reno Ace 2, the world’s first smartphone with 40W wireless charging technology, which it calls “AirVOOC” and charges the 4,000 mAh battery in 56 minutes. Like its predecessor Find X2 Pro, the phone has 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging via cables reducing this process to 30 minutes.

Known for its 10W reverse wireless charging feature, the Reno Ace 2 maintains the fastest charging time for normal and wireless charging among commercially available smartphones.

Just last month, Xiaomi demonstrated its 40W wireless charging technology with a modified Mi 10 Pro (which initially makes 30W), and its 4,000mAh battery apparently only took 40 minutes to fully charge. We’ll see if Xiaomi can stay on track with the release of their next big smartphone.

Let’s not forget that there is also the “Wireless Super FlashCharge 60W” by Vivo that may arrive later this year, although it is not clear how soon it will be for a battery of the same size.

Oppo Reno Ace 2 Specs

The rest of the Reno Ace 2 is what we expect from a flagship smartphone based on the Snapdragon 865 platform. It has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz, 180Hz touch and HDR10+. All of this has become a sandwich between Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. Unfortunately, the headphone jack has disappeared this time.

As for the rear cameras, we see a 48 megapixel f/1.7 main camera with a Sony IMX586 sensor, an ultra wide 8 megapixel camera and two 2-megapixel cameras with special effects, one for good quality portraits, and one for the effects of light. The hole-punch selfie camera is 16-megapixel.

Reno Ace 2 Prices and Availability

The Reno Ace 2 comes in gray, silver or purple, and just like its predecessor got a Gundam edition, this time we can expect a special edition Evangelion in the near future.

For now, the phone starts at 3,999 yen or about $570 for RAM 8 GB LPDDR4X and storage 128 GB UFS 3.0, then at 4,599 yen or about $650 for RAM 12 LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB. As for the optional AirVOOC wireless charger (which doubles as a 10W Qi charger), it requires 249 jen or about $35.

Preliminary orders are already open in China before the April 20 launch.

Apple’s 2020 iPhone SE is surprisingly powerful for that price

Apple iPhone SE may look out of fashion, but it has a lot of strong features inside

With devices like the iPhone XR and iPhone 11, Apple has tried and managed to bring some of the best features of a smartphone for a reasonable price. This important work continues with the new iPhone SE model, which Apple has said will be available for pre-order on Friday, April 17th.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

There’s a lot to say, but the iPhone SE has always been a price-fixing phone, so let’s clarify that first. Apple’s latest smartphone is available in black, white and red, with the following storage settings:

  • 64GB: $399
  • 128GB: $449
  • 256GB: $549
iPhone SE Color Variants

It is worth noting that the basic SE model costs $50 less than the iPhone 8 that Apple has stopped producing. This puts Apple in a strong position to compete in the mid-range market, which is very good news for iOS fans who don’t have a lot of budget. The last time Apple introduced a similar product was in 2016 with the iPhone SE, a device that brought the modern performance of the time to the body of the iPhone 5s.

As many leaks have suggested, this approach has not changed for SE either. In many ways it’s practically the iPhone 11 introduced in the body of the iPhone 8. Again we’re working with a 4.7 inch Retina display, IP67 for resistance to sand and water, a classic Touch ID sensor, wireless charging and one rear camera. However, the most important thing is that you will be able to buy a cheap iPhone with the A13 Bionic chipset, Apple’s latest model. This is the same one used on the iPhone 11, 11Pro and 11Pro Max.

Left: the new iPhone SE. Right: the iPhone 8

As usual, Apple looks very excited about the iPhone SE’s camera: It’s a 12-megapixel camera with a standard sensor, which bears many similarities to the main cameras used in the iPhone 11. There’s no Night Mode here, but you’ll have Smart HDR and noise-reduction to help low-light shots. Also if videos are a high priority for you, SE also records at 4K at 60 fps. Meanwhile you will use the 7-megapixel front camera for selfies.

In short the iPhone SE may look out of fashion, but it has a lot of strong features inside it and a very accessible package of options. It remains to be seen how the public and the market will react to this product.

2020 iPhone SE

Apple iPhone SE officially unveiled starting at $399

The iPhone SE is now back

Apple Inc. this Wednesday launched a smaller iPhone for $399, lowering the price line of the company’s smartphones greatly in an effort to expand its reach to lower-income consumers at the time when the economy is declining as a result of coronavirus.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The new model, the iPhone SE, which will hit the market on April 24, is the second generation of the previous cheaper model. The model will be priced at $50 cheaper than the company’s previous cheaper iPhone, the iPhone 8, which started at $449 and will retire at the same time.

With $399, you can get the unlocked model with 64GB. You can also order larger, 128GB and 256GB models for $449 and $549, respectively.

The SE comes with a 4.7-inch screen LCD which Apple calls it Retina, but its not as good as the OLED screen on today flagship models, and looks identical to the iPhone 8. SE lacks 5G technology and a face detection system to unlock the device, and instead has a fingerprint sensor similar to older models. The most important technological feature in this new iPhone is the chip system. Apple has placed in the same chip that has iPhone 11 Pro lines. It’s an eight-core A13 Bionic processor and integrated GPU.

The front-facing camera system does not have TrueDepth technology for FaceID. The rear camera has a single sensor but it is equipped with the best software tools to increase its quality. Portrait Mode, Smart HDR, automatic white light balance are some of them.

In terms of connectivity there is a Lightning connector. Charged with Qi wireless technology and has fast charging technology. Comes with Wi-Fi 6, two rear cards, e-SIM technology and fast LTE and has IP67 rating which is really incredible for a phone at this price range.

The iPhone SE comes with the latest version of iOS, that of iOS 13.

Apple will start selling the new online model at a time when its stores around the world remain closed, except in China. The company will start accepting orders for this phone on Friday, while the distribution of equipment is expected to start on April 24.
