Galaxy Note 10 will bring a special camera that enables 3D images

Samsung will unveil Galaxy Note 10 on Aug. 7, though we already know most of the device’s secrets.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

Just as the fact that it will come in two sizes, each of which represents a triple camera network at the back – it is rumored that the larger Note will get an additional camera sensor. A new report says that Note 10 will feature a ToF camera on the back.

ETNews said in mid-May that Samsung is providing ToF lens supplies to the Galaxy Note 10, a camera technology that can provide a variety of features that can use depth information, portrait modalities, and 3D face recognition for reality added (AR).

Samsung has already used ToF lenses on a 2019 device such as the Galaxy S10 5G that is available for purchase in some markets where 5G networks are launched.

How will Galaxy Note 10 look like it? These are the clearest images we have

On Friday Samsung warned that the company’s profit could fall further in the second quarter of 2019 to $5.6 billion.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

These digits are a drop of 56% and to make things worse this statistic includes the $700 million reparation for Apple because it did not order OLED displays for iPhone as predicted in the deal with Samsung.

Samsung’s chip business has hit a boom, and the Galaxy S10 series had to help the falling smartphone division. Considering the fact that the Galaxy Note series does not even come close to Galaxy S sales, we are not sure how much contribution to the finances of Samsung will deliver Note 10 and Note 10+ this year.

What we are sure is that the phone is starting to take shape and will be the most impressive of this year by Samsung. Some photos published by an insider reveal in detail how the Galaxy Note 10 can “resemble”.

> Check Out: The Galaxy Note 10 debut finally has a date

When Samsung looked at Apple launching an initial model of iPhone along with flagships in 2018, the Korean giant adopted this strategy rapidly. The same strategy applied when it introduced the Galaxy S10e to challenge the iPhone XR and will do it with the Note 10 series. Top-ranking phones have become so costly that companies are offering “shrinked” models.

So instead of introducing a Galaxy Note as it did every year, this time the company will sell a Galaxy Note 10 and a premium Galaxy Note 10+.

Both models look identical at first, but you can see them from the back. The Galaxy Note 10 has a LED light attached to three rear lenses while Note 10+ has a Fourth TOF (Time-of-Flight) sensor and an additional sensor. The plus version is expected to have even bigger screens.

Note 10 and Note 10+ phones will debut in New York on August 7.

Lenovo Z6 with Snapdragon 730 and a triple camera Launched

Lenovo did an excellent job of promoting the next Z6 phone, from camera capabilities to the full list of specifications, leaving no imagination for the launch event.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Now the smartphone is officially launched and should not come as a surprise that it will have the same specifications that the company discovered before the launch.

The screen is 6.39 inches and is an OLED panel with 2340 x 1080 resolution and 19.5: 9 ratio, operating at 120Hz. There is a fingerprint scanner underneath the screen, and a space in the upper part of the 16MP selfie camera.

The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 and comes in a pair of 6 or 8GB of RAM and 64 or 128GB of expandable internal space.

The camera trio consists of a 24MP aperture f/1.8 camera, a 8MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom capability and a 5MP depth sensor. The power of everything is powered by Android-based ZuI 11 and a 4,000mAh battery with fast 15W charging support.

The phone is pre-order in China and will be available on July 9, with a $275 initial price, up to $365 for the 8GB/128GB model.

Samsung has lied customers for water resistant phones

Australian Consumer Protection Authorities sued Korean electronics giant Samsung Electronics for lying to consumers by promoting Galaxy phones that can be used under water.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The world’s largest smartphone maker probably did not know or did not adequately test the exposure of the phones in salt water, although the ads that Samsung has published show the phones completely under water by the authorities.

The case is the first by such an important regulator and may result in multi-million dollar fines. The lawsuit runs around 300 Samsung ads where the company showed Galaxy phones being used at the bottom of the pool or in the sea.

Samsung said it was sticking to advertising and would defend the case. The Korean electronics giant has spent huge fortunes to build public confidence in premium phones after the costly failure of Galaxy Note 7 in 2016.

It is not the first time that Samsung is criticized. In 2016, Consumer Reports said the Galaxy S7, which appeared in ads under water, had failed in some tests. The company attributed a production defect that affected only a limited number of phones and was rapidly fixed.

Australian authorities said that Samsung displayed Galaxy phones by being used in extreme situations simply to attract the attention of consumers. There are altogether 300 advertisements with violations and any violations endangers a fine of $7 million.

Is Apple changing things? After the ugly iPhone 2019‘s design now, a report really reveals that Apple is designing a very different iPhone, which millions of people will want.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

The Chinese Global Times reports that Apple will launch a new budget iPhone that removes Face IDs in favor of a fingerprint touch ID sensor on the screen.

The phone is rumored to be launching first in China, but has the potential to go around the world.

Few details are known about this iPhone at this stage, but the Global Times source says the motivation for the phone is to “save costs” while struggling to win the Chinese market share.

In recent years, domestic brands Huawei, Oppo and Vivo have taken control of it.

This move would make sense. Global Times notes that over 85% of the Chinese market belongs to priced phones under $580.

Apple had previously covered the Chinese market with the iPhone SE when it started at only $399, but the company’s later strategy to fill the gap with older iPhone’s does not seem to have worked.

Samsung has fixed Galaxy Fold

The foldable phone is expected to enter into commercial production very fast. However Samsung is not yet ready to confirm a debut date.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

People close to Bloomberg said Galaxy Fold is unlikely to arrive next to Galaxy Note 10 next month. According to the report Samsung has made the screen protector enter beneath the phone corners so it can not be removed.

The previous units had a protector that looks like a normal screen protector that could be removed, but actually removing it destroyed the screen. Some phones created a wrinkle which then broke the OLED panel. It is unknown whether Samsung has modified the folding axis.

The only thing we know is that Galaxy Fold will be back this year and when it arrives it will take a bit of criticism.

LG G8S Global Launch Confirmed

Many LG fans have been looking for G8S ThinQ, however, the company has kept it directly out of the reach of the world.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″ tdc_css=””]

LG introduced this device in Taiwan, where it has remained exclusive for some time now. However, the wait for LG fans is finally over. The company has confirmed it is now launching the LG G8S ThinQ globally.

As the name suggests, the LG G8S is a bit different from the G8. It’s more or less the same device with some minor changes and an extra camera. While the LG G8 has only two rear cameras, the G8S has a standard, wide system, and a telephoto camera at the back. There is also a Z-Camera depth sensor at the front for facial and gesture recognition.

LG also increased the screen size from 6.1 to 6.2 inches but lowered the resolution from 1440p to 1080p. The panel itself is still OLED. Core specifications remain the same, however, with a Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

LG will offer the black and white device later this month in Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Price information will be revealed at launch.

The Galaxy Note 10 debut finally has a date

Samsung has confirmed the existence of Galaxy Note 10, the phone that will succeed Galaxy Note 9 launched in August last year. Speaking at a roundtable, CEO of Samsung Mobile DJ Koh in response to a question about Bixby said that “Note 10 will be another stage for Bixby.”

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

According to CNET, Samsung’s phone will debut on August 7, 2019. It is about a year since the debut of Note 9, which was officially introduced on August 9, 2018.

Note 10 is expected to cost between $1,100 and $1,200. There are also two models of Note 10 this year: a premium Note 10 Pro model and a more affordable Note 10 in the same way that Samsung launched Galaxy S10 Plus and S10e on Mars.

Also 4G and 5G versions of Note 10 will be provided as reported. There have been numerous speculation on design, cameras and components but are expected to come close to the design philosophy of the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus.

Google gets the green light for Android licensing at Huawei

It has not been a month since the United States imposed a ban on US companies doing business with Huawei citing national security concerns.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Two days ago President Trump relaxed his tone when he said American companies could continue to do business with the telecommunications giant. While it is unknown how long this “permit” extends and if it will be applies to 5G technology, one thing is certain that Google and Huawei will continue to cooperate.

Under US sanction terms, Google decided to revoke Huawei’s Android license, which means that the company’s phones will not use the Play Store or Google’s services. While Trump did not mention specific companies like Google, Qualcomm and Intel, he cited the complex products and technologies created by American companies.

“What we did in the Silicon Valley is tremendous, and no one has been able to compete with it and we have agreed that our companies will continue to sell Huawei-s products,” Trump said.

While American sanctions had not yet come into effect due to 90-day permissions, it had started to affect Huawei’s upcoming products. Now Google is once again ready to license Huawei’s Android.
