While some companies have resumed work in China after prolonged lunar New Year holidays due to coronavirus, full operations have not yet resumed and people are working from home.

Some of the key specifications of the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are:

  • 6.67-inch full HD display
  • Qualcomm Snapdagon 865 processor
  • Four rear cameras, one of which is the 108-megapixel sensor developed in collaboration with Samsung
  • Wireless Charging

Most impressive of the two is definitely the Mi 10 Pro with a 90Hz frequency panel and 180Hz touchscreen response.

The company says the screen of the Mi 10 Pro has a maximum brightness of 1200nits. The other three cameras alongside the 108-megapixel sensor are: a 10x hybrid zoom lens, a 12 megapixel 2x telephoto for portrait photos, and a 20-megapixel super wide-angle. The 108-megapixel sensor comes with optical image stabilization and uses artificial intelligence to enhance quality.

The Mi 10 doesn’t have a telephoto sensor like the Mi 10 Pro and has replaced it with 2-megapixel depth sensors and 2-megapixel macro. The super wide angle sensor is 13-megapixel and 20-megapixel. It also comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 and in three configurations like the Mi 10 Pro.

Galaxy S20

The Galaxy S20 is everything that users have asked for

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Family Unpacked: Beautifully Executed Premium Android Phones With Space Zoom Cameras

The world will most likely never know the Galaxy S11, nor the Galaxy S12 even the Galaxy S19. On Tuesday morning in San Francisco Samsung unveiled the new flagship Galaxy S20.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

It comes in three models: S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra. With these models Samsung showed that it did not mind moving away from the high-end segment of phones even though smartphone sales were beginning to decline.

With prices starting at $999, $1199 and $1399 respectively, the company is betting heavily on those customers who are willing to pay for premium specifications.

By paying such a digits consumers get a phone with the technology of the future, 5G. All three models actually have 5G, a year after introducing the first 5G device. In 2020 Samsung has laid everything in the direction of 5G. The S10, Note 10 and Lite variants will continue to stay on the market at a lower price.

Another equally important feature of the Galaxy S20 is the 120Hz display and high frequency response to touch commands. In all models, consumers get a selfie “hole-punch” at the top of the screen.

Everything on the cameras

But the biggest news comes in the photographic aspect. The company uses the term “pro” to describe the phone’s camera. All three models have massive modules but the Ultra variant belongs to another level. The S20+ and Ultra have the Space Zoom camera with three rear cameras. In the Ultra variant, the 48-megapixel lens offers 100x optical and hybrid zoom. Normally during zooming there is image degradation but what the phone achieves is impressive.

But the innovations don’t end there because it delivers 8K 24fps recording as well as “hyper-laps” in Night Time mode. The combined cameras produce 50 to 70MB images. Another technology of the S20 Ultra camera is to reduce the image from 108-megapixel to 12-megapixel and use the large amount of light entering the sensor.

Bixby is there. The virtual assistant stays on one of the side buttons but with the Note 10 this button can be switched on. The technology made an appearance as a result of a partnership with Spotify which brings popular music to the Bixby Routines platform.

Another surprise announcement was the partnership with Google. The software giant will provide the Google Duo video calling platform to integrate into the Samsung interface and the call and contacts app similar to Apple FaceTime integration.

The S20 is the first phone to offer full HD talk over a 5G network. Another equally important partnership is that of Microsoft. The company will bring Forza Street to the Galaxy Store in Spring.

In terms of internal specs the S20 has 4,000 mAh battery, S20+ 4,500 mAh battery and Ultra at 5,000 mAh. The system includes a Snapdragon 865 processor along with 12GB of RAM and a minimum of 128GB of internal storage.

The phone can be ordered from February 21 and will sell on March 6.

Cyberphone by Caviar

Cyberphone is a so modified phone that you can hardly distinguish from the original model

The design of the phone is inspired by the geometry of Cybertruck.

The Russian luxury technology company recently unveiled a new phone called the Cyberphone which is itself an iPhone 11 Pro modified to look like Tesla’s wagon, the Cybertruck.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

The design of the phone is inspired by the geometry of Cybertruck. Tesla’s car garnered industry attention for some reason from the polarizing, unconventional design to the armored glass that was broken on stage.

The cyberphone costs $5,256 and only 99 of them will be manufactured. Although it is a modified iPhone 11, the phone can barely stand out as such.

This is because the device is integrated into metal plates and a screen cover that opens and serves as the phone holder in the vertical position.

By closer look is noticed the three-camera system of the iPhone 11 Pro. Beyond the exterior, nothing has changed for the phone since the 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch display on the Apple A13 Bionic processor.

The company says it also works in rain and snow and even while wearing gloves. Although not a flagship, Samsung decided to give it two rear cameras, one standard 25-megapixel and the other 8-megapixel wide-angle.

On the front there is a 13-megapixel camera. It’s all powered by an Exynos 9611 processor with eight cores and 2Ghz frequency and Android 10 operating system

TCL 10 Series

TCL Revealed 10 Series Smartphones: Comes With 5G and Four Rear Cameras

TCL 10 Pro, TCL 10 5G and TCL 10L make an appearance at CES 2020

TCL has introduced a series of phones in the upper segment of its market. The TCL 10 Series consists of the TCL 10 5G, 10 Pro and 10L models. The phones will arrive in global markets later this year, GSMArena reports.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

TCL 10 5G is the company’s first 5G phone and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7-Series (probably Snapdragon 765G). The phone has a large screen with punch-hole camera and glass reflective back with fingerprint sensor. The TCL 10 5G has four cameras and dual LED flash modules. The specifications of individual cameras are not known, but the main sensor is known to have 64MP.

TCL 10 Pro looks similar to the 10 5G, but comes with a different display. Offered “edge AMOLED” screen for selfie camera. Instead of the holographic reflective pattern, in the background is the glossy schematic. The phone has two single-LED flash modules, with 64MP main camera. This model’s fingerprint sensor is located below the screen.

TCL 10L is the base model on the line, which comes with four cameras on the back (48MP main sensor) and a fingerprint sensor that is also on the back. The screen has a punch-hole opening for the selfie camera.

TCL has not released the full specifications of its new line of phones as the company is planning to make its full presentation at MWC at the end of February.

What was Samsung thinking when it introduced two weird Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite phones?

Samsung’s “S” and “Note” mean elite.

At the beginning of this first week of 2020, Samsung introduced two new Galaxy phones: the S10 Lite and the Note 10 Lite.

[td_block_ad_box spot_id=”custom_ad_2″]

Samsung’s “S” and “Note” mean elite. These two phones are not like that. But Samsung has a reason to hide behind these phones, even though many of the Korean giant’s decisions are confusing.

Why do phones have different camera sets? On the one hand the S10 Lite has Super Optical Image Stabilization technology, something of a surprise for a mid-range phone and on the other hand the Note 10 Lite has a 3.5mm headphone jack and the S10 Lite does not.

Why should S10 Lite exist when it’s Galaxy A line? This is where the real problem begins because it’s difficult to distinguish the Galaxy S10 Lite from the Galaxy A71.

Only after a month the company will bring its flagship phones, specifically the S11 or S20 series or call it whatever you want. The introduction of these phones makes no sense because Samsung has to give its flagship the stage next month.

The S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite share many similarities: both have a 6.7-inch 2400×1800 AMOLED display but not the height of the Galaxy S and Note screens. However the frames are minimal and even on the screen is a cut for the selfie camera.

Even in build quality there is nothing wrong with these devices. In terms of material they are probably even higher than their rivals of the same price.

But there are differences between them. The Note 10 Lite has an S-Pen stylus pen while the S10 Lite does not. Note 10 Lite has 3.5mm headphone port while S10 Lite does not.

The big confusion starts with the camera. Although both have three rear cameras, their setup is completely different. The S10 Lite has two sensors on the back quite interestingly. The main camera is a 48-megapixel wide-angle f/2 aperture and Super Optical Stabilization offered on the Galaxy Note 10. The second sensor is just as interesting as the first is the 5-megapixel macro photo lens that enables close-up shooting.

The Note 10 Lite has a more traditional approach with super wide, wide aperture camera and telephoto.

The change is also noticeable in processors: the Note 10 Lite has the Samsung Exynos 9810 processor and the S10 Lite the Snapdragon 855 processor. Why has Samsung done all of the above by dumping a premium brand into a mid-range segment? With the Note 10 there is an explanation because the phone has a Stylus pencil but the S10 Lite? Probably because it has the Snapdragon 855 processor.

Despite the big name they hold, these phones stand nowhere else but among the mind-range line of Samsung phones.
